With the expansion of the chemical industry market and scale,the transportation demand of chemical raw materials is increasing,and the attention on the transportation of hazardous chemicals is also increasing gradually.Due to the dangerous characteristics of hazardous chemicals,if accidents occur due to various sudden factors in the process of logistics transportation,it will not only harm the human body but also have a certain impact on the surrounding environment and regional development.Therefore,comprehensive consideration of the real-time uncertainties in the transportation of hazardous chemicals to develop a dynamic path planning scheme is helpful to reduce the probability of accidents and transportation delays in the transportation of hazardous chemicals and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.With the continuous development of Chinese science and technology,hazardous chemical logistics enterprises should strengthen the supervision and control of hazardous chemical transportation by combining various kinds of electronic information technology.In this paper,the concept of digital twin technology is combined to realize real-time data mapping and dynamic virtual simulation of the path planning scheme of the hazardous chemical logistics linkage process,so as to promote the intelligent development of hazardous chemical logistics enterprises.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(Ⅰ)The digital twin framework of the hazardous chemicals distribution system is proposed to analyze the interactive feedback and control of the data of the distribution system at four levels: the physical layer,service layer,model layer,and operation and maintenance service layer.The driver fatigue state information and vehicle fault information is obtained in real-time through the onboard terminal equipment,and the weight of the obtained data is set by combining the analytic hierarchy process.Data collection and physical entity construction of hazardous chemical vehicle dispatching systems based on digital twin technology was completed.(Ⅱ)The dynamic vehicle route planning model of hazardous chemicals considering driver fatigue state and vehicle state information,the weight coefficient of risk degree is introduced,and the genetic algorithm based on dynamic information interaction is adopted to solve the model.After receiving the alarm information,the vehicle can dynamically choose to extend the service time and carry out vehicle maintenance or personnel rest for the early-warning vehicle,so as to reduce the risk cost.Improve transportation safety.(Ⅲ)Establish a risk model considering the scope of the accident and the probability of the accident,and add dynamic influencing factors such as road obstruction during the transportation of hazardous chemicals.Based on Baidu Map API,the geographical coordinates and actual geographical distance of customer points were analyzed,and the road network covered by customer points was treated as the main road.The improved ant colony fusion A* algorithm was adopted to realize the global and local route planning scheme of hazardous chemical vehicles based on the cooperation between vehicle and road under the action of dynamic factors.(Ⅳ)Design and develop the digital twin vehicle dispatching system for hazardous chemical logistics enterprises,analyze the functional requirements of the system,achieve the comprehensive management of human,vehicle,and road,build the basic information module of the digital twin,real-time monitoring module and simulation planning module,and build a Web platform to realize the digital presentation of hazardous chemical vehicle transportation process.It is convenient for hazardous chemical logistics enterprises to conduct vehicle scheduling strategy simulation with data drive,and convenient for enterprises to realize distribution route cost control and optimization analysis.
