Carbon fiber(CF)has been widely concerned for its excellent properties, among which carbon fiber cloth has been widely used in the preparation of composite materials.Because of the large number of holes produced in the process of braiding,CF cloth is easy to deformation and damage its structure when subjected to external force. In practical application,CF cloth is usually fixed with thermoplastic resin or liquid rubber,so that it can play the specific performance.Room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV)has a certain degree of fluidity, which varies according to molecular weight and type.In this paper,a one-component107 liquid silicone rubber(SR)is selected as the matrix of carbon fiber composites, and the fluidity and wettability of SR are used to compound with CF,and the carbon fiber/silicone rubber(CF/SR)composite is obtained by curing at room temperature. The main contents of this thesis include. The oxidative auto-polymerization of dopamine(DA)can produce poly(dopamine)(PDA),which is an adhesive substance,as a CF surface modifier, and then the modified CF is compounded with SR.The effect of the concentration of dopamine solution on the modification effect of CF was investigated, and the surface morphology of modified CF and the transverse fiber bundle(TFBT)strength of CF/SR composites were characterized and tested under the concentration gradients of 1 g/L,1.5 g/L,and 2 g/L.It was found that:1.5 g/L of dopamine-modified CF had the greatest enhancement of its surface morphology and the TFBT strength of CF/SR,and its TFBT strength and elongation at break were increased by61.7%and 68.4%,respectively,compared with the untreated CF/SR.The effect of PDA-modified CF on the interfacial bond enhancement of CF/SR composites needs to be improved. Therefore,an anilinomethyltriethoxysilane(AMTS)coupling agent was used for the secondary modification of PDA-modified CF.Based on the morphological analysis of the secondary modified CF with AMTS and the TFBT strength test of CF@PDA@AMTS/SR composites. It was found that the surface area and roughness of CF were further improved, and the interfacial bonding between CF/SR composites was significantly improved after the secondary modification of CF with AMTS.Compared with untreated CF/SR,the TFBT strength and elongation at break of CF@PDA@AMTS/SR were increased by 135.5%and 177.9%,respectively.And them were increased by 51.6%and 63.8%,respectively,compared with CF@PDA-1.5/SR.
