Against the background of the proliferation of designer brands and boutiques,domestic Showroom have grown rapidly with the trend,but there is still some room for progress in the service content and service quality,and no scholars have systematically studied Showroom.Therefore,this study takes Showroom as the research object,firstly,it composes its related concepts,and then uses statistical analysis and field survey to explore the development status of Showroom,including its development stage,characteristics,service content,and role.Secondly,through the combined use of fuzzy Delphi method and DANP-MV method,a set of evaluation framework for evaluating the competitiveness of Showroom services is proposed,and the influence relationship among the indicators in the system and their relative weights are calculated to determine the key factors.And further,by focusing on individual cases,the most important aspects for improvement are identified through the revision of modified VIKOR,and suggestions for optimization are put forward.Finally,the development deficiency and development trend of domestic Showroom are summarized.This study is layered to enrich the theoretical study of contemporary Showroom and has reference value for the benign development of domestic Showroom.The main conclusions are as follows.1.On the definition of showroom:a commercial exhibition operation mode,which is a platform for brands to focus on B2 B ordering of new season products,mainly open to buyers,but in addition to exhibition site services,it also provides system supporting services to assist brands to expand channels and markets.2.Domestic showrooms are now in a mature stage of industrial model,with each major Showroom forming a complete service system and thriving overall development.In terms of development characteristics,Showroom have expanded from fashion in a narrow sense to big fashion categories such as accessories and lifestyle.The number of buying conference has changed from two seasons a year to more than one season.Individually,different showrooms have different preferences for brand types,which also results in different stability of cooperation between the two types of showrooms,which prefer local emerging designer brands or domestic and overseas brands with certain commercial basis.3.In terms of development advantages,compared with foreign countries,domestic showroom improve their irreplaceability by constructing systematic service mechanisms.Increased revenue by expanding its retail business;And with the development of industrial clusters,maximize the sharing of industrial resources.3.Team service and objective service reputation are the key to improve Showroom service competitiveness.The two can be significantly improved by optimizing the professional competence and experience of team members,the comprehensive quality of participating brands and the popularity of Showroom exhibition.Then,for X showroom,the analysis concludes that they should give priority to strengthening the three aspects of on-site management in buying conference service,the sense of use of order facilities and improving the service efficiency of the team.4.There are deficiency in the development of domestic showroom such as imperfect incubation mechanism,unstable cooperation relationship with brands and weak overseas influence.In terms of development trend,the future can be optimized by building a professional team to improve the service quality,optimizing the display method to improve buying efficiency,deepening the partnership with brands to achieve long-term win-win situation,and locking the niche market to establish the overall service reputation,so as to continuously optimize the business quality of domestic Showroom and promote the long-term prosperous development of the industry.
