| With China’s attention to water environment issues,more and more competitors have entered the market,and the competition in the water industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The Water Affairs Planning Branch of NC Corporation is an enterprise focusing on the whole process consulting business related to water affairs,which is an intelligence intensive enterprise.As the traditional management mode of design institutes has been used for a long time,the problems of focusing on technology rather than marketing management have caused difficulties in market expansion,reduced profits,and the inability to form a long-term cooperative relationship with customers,resulting in the branch being unable to improve the market share of the whole process consulting business,It is more difficult to meet the diversified needs of customers.Based on 4Rs theory,this paper optimizes the marketing management of the whole process consulting business of NC Water Affairs Planning Branch.First,we use PEST and Porter’s five forces model to analysis the internal and external markets and competitive environment of the branch.Secondly,through SWOT analysis,we explored our own strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,and adjusted the marketing direction suitable for the whole process of consulting business.Furthermore,based on the questionnaire survey and interview survey results,the paper conducts a detailed analysis of the marketing status of the branch,subdivides the target market and formulates the market strategy through STP marketing theory,and optimizes the marketing strategy of the whole process of the consulting business of the branch from four aspects: improving the brand and customer relevance,speeding up the response to the market and customers,enhancing the symbiosis between business quality and customer relations,and creating a win-win situation between enterprises and customers.The conclusion of the paper shows that through the above optimization of the whole process consulting business of the Water Affairs Planning Branch of NC Company,its brand influence,market sensitivity,customer relevance and return value with customers can be improved.The optimization scheme in this paper can improve the current marketing management defects of the whole process consulting business of the branch under certain conditions,which is conducive to the branch under the existing conditions to improve customer satisfaction,increase customer value,enhance customer loyalty,improve business volume,and better meet the market demand of the water industry;In the long run,it will also help to improve the competitiveness of the branch and make the whole process consulting business reach the leading position in the water industry. |
