Coal mining industry is a high-risk industry,and too high temperature will cause immeasurable losses on the mine production business,staff and property.At present,temperature inspection equipment in mines can be divided into point inspection and surface inspection.Point inspection equipment such as thermometer cannot achieve the overall temperature distribution information of the object,while for surface inspection equipment such as infrared thermal imager,although it has made up for the deficiency of point inspection equipment,it lacks functions of classified storage of inspection data,on-site information input and archiving management,which is not conducive to mine safety supervision and accident cause analysis.Infrared image can obtain the object temperature information with low pixel resolution,which can be fused with high resolution visible image to give full play to their advantages.Portable temperature inspection system for downhole power equipment based on the fusion of infrared temperature measurement and visible light was put forward in the paper,which can accurately position the abnormal temperature points of power equipment and record and save the corresponding inspection data and personnel information collection to the cloud through tablet PC.For the infrared and visible image acquisition,an image acquisition software based in tablet PC was developed,which adopted USB UVC protocol for communication with infrared camera,and the acquisition software realizes the functions of synchronous acquisition of infrared and visible images of power equipment,location information of image association acquisition personnel,image uploaded to the cloud and parameter setting.In order to realize fusion of infrared and visible images and location of abnormal temperature points,an image fusion location method based on point features and multiscale transformation was proposed through the research on image fusion and location method of abnormal temperature points.The method has achieved the functions of image preprocessing,image registration,image fusion and abnormal temperature point location.Among them,image preprocessing mainly includes image resampling,filtering and denoising.The realization of image registration is to use SURF operator based on point feature,and the multiscale wavelet transform is adopted to complete the fusion of infrared and visible images after registration.The abnormal temperature point will be marked by gray temperature fitting algorithm.In order to realize image classification,archiving,storage and early warning analysis and traceability for diversity characteristics of downhole temperature inspection data,an image management system based on cloud service has been developed.The system is divided into management end and user end,adopting main foreign key design to establish the association between image data and acquisition personnel,acquisition location,data type and analysis report.To ensure the security between users and image data,permission design was applied to achieve that administrator manages user login,upload and download.After finishing the development of system,the positioning accuracy of abnormal temperature points reaches centimeter level with the temperature measurement accuracy at ± 3 ℃,and conducts black box test for image management system function module,,mainly including file upload and download,file classification management and permission setting.According to the comparison of the test results and expected requirements,the problems including that traditional mine inspection management is difficult,the work efficiency is low and the monitoring data is not well managed have been solved to satisfied the inspection requirements of downhole power equipment in mines.
