| Light water film-forming agents are commonly used to extinguish flammable liquid fires and electrical fires,but the application of water film-forming foam extinguishing agents is limited because of the bioaccumulation of its main component,fluorocarbon surfactant,and its serious damaging ability to the environment.In order to solve this problem,the environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactants and hydrocarbon surfactants are selected for compounding research to obtain the minimum added concentration of fluorocarbon surfactants in the light water film-forming agent under the premise of ensuring excellent performance,and then develop a highly efficient environmentally friendly light water film-forming agent.In this paper,non-ionic and amphoteric fluorocarbon and hydrocarbon surfactants were selected for compounding,and the changes of surface activity,foaming property and foam stabilization of the compounded system were studied,and it was found that fluorocarbon YM-316 had no synergistic effect with hydrocarbon YM-309,but had obvious synergistic effect with the other three hydrocarbon surfactants,among which the best effect was obtained with APG-0810;fluorocarbon Fluorocarbon FSD-109,LEE and the four hydrocarbon surfactants did not have synergistic effects.Auxiliary reagents were added to YM-316/APG-0810 and Capstone1470/Fchj-50 surfactant combinations with good synergistic effect to make light water film-forming agents,and their parameters were measured.The results show that the two light water film-forming agents have strong stability,low surface tension,easy to spread and low corrosion rate,is in line with national standards of low multiples of light water film-forming agents.Through the self-made fire extinguishing system of two light water film-forming agent fire extinguishing performance,anti-burning performance verification,found that the two formulations of light water film-forming agent fire extinguishing time were 3.97 s,5.06 s,and in 10 min are not re-ignited,two formulations of light water film-forming agent is a high-efficiency fire extinguishing agent with strong anti-combustion ability.Comparison of different ratios of solution conductivity changes found that ammonium polyphosphate is the main factor affecting the conductivity of light water film-forming agent,and through the electrical fire experiments to verify the fire-extinguishing efficiency of the two light water film-forming agent,found that the application of light water film-forming agent in the exposed wire did not produce short circuit,tripping and other phenomena.Therefore,the two light water film-forming agents studied in this paper can be used for both liquid fires and electrical fires as efficient and environmentally friendly extinguishing agents. |
