Double Prevention Mechanism Information Platform Based On AR Technology

Since the proposal of the double prevention mechanism in 2015,the national and provincial governments have been actively promoting its construction and operation.In 2016,the Office of Work Safety Committee of the State Council issued the normative document "Opinions on Implementing the Guidelines for Preventing and Containing Major Accidents and Building a Double Prevention Mechanism"(the Office of Work Safety Committee of the State Council [2016] No.11),which stipulated that enterprises should establish a system and norms for risk-based control and hidden danger investigation and reform as soon as possible to curb the occurrence of major accidents.The double preventive mechanism has become a key content in the amended "Work Safety Law"(Amendment)implemented in September 2021.However,during the construction and operation of the double preventive mechanism,a large amount of safety risk and hidden danger-related information has been generated.Under the traditional safety management mode,on-site personnel need to carry paper checklists or devices for hidden danger investigation,and then return to the office area to input the data.During this period,data loss or data tampering is prone to occur,leading to a series of problems such as delayed data collection,untimely data analysis,missing information,and difficulty in tracing data authenticity.The digital construction of the double prevention mechanism is particularly urgent.This paper mainly focuses on the chemical industry,analyzes the process and methods of hierarchical control of risks and troubleshooting and governance of hidden dangers from the content of the double prevention mechanism,and discusses the feasibility and advantages of combining augmented reality technology with the digital construction of the double prevention mechanism.Then,based on the need of implementing the double prevention mechanism,the system network architecture and software architecture are designed,the specific business processes of the platform are clarified,the functional requirements of the system modules are analyzed and determined,and the database table structure of the system is designed based on the relationships between the system entities.The double prevention mechanism platform consists of a web-based backend management system and an AR glasses application,including functional modules such as system management,risk management and control,troubleshooting and hidden danger rectification,knowledge base,AR remote cooperation,and data statistics.Finally,by the requirements of digital construction of the double prevention mechanism,combining AR technology,Web application development,Android application development,and Web RTC technology,the double prevention mechanism information platform based on AR technology is developed,using the My SQL database management system to assist enterprises in implementing the double prevention mechanism,realizing the information management of safety risks and accident hidden dangers,improving the efficiency of safety risk analysis and decision-making,and clarifying safety responsibilities.
