Research On Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Rural Domestic Garbage Treatment In Shangqiu Demonstration Area

The treatment of rural household garbage is an important part of the improvement of rural living environment and a powerful starting point to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In recent years,under the background of the new normal of China’s economic development,the quantity and types of rural solid waste are also increasing.In order to meet people’s requirements for a better environment,the management of rural solid waste has gradually become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Based on the theories of public service,collaborative governance and sustainable development,this paper firstly adopts the literature research method and systematically searches and reads the domestic and foreign journal literatures related to the treatment of rural solid waste in recent years through literature platforms such as CNKI and Wanfang,laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Then the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis method are used to study and analyze the satisfaction of villagers in the demonstration area of Shangqiu City on the treatment of rural household garbage and the influencing factors.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to find out the reference for us by comparing the policies,measures and effects of the treatment of rural household garbage in other areas at home and abroad.Further find out the solutions to solve the problem of rural household garbage treatment in Shangqiu Demonstration area.In this paper,the villagers in the demonstration area of Shangqiu City were given questionnaires on the satisfaction of the treatment of rural solid waste,and the field research was conducted from the aspects of organization and management,collection of rural solid waste,transfer of rural solid waste,treatment of rural solid waste and participants.The results show that in recent years,some achievements have been made in the treatment of rural household garbage in the demonstration zone of Shangqiu City.The villagers in the demonstration zone of Shangqiu City are generally satisfied with the treatment of rural household garbage in their village,but there are still some problems.First,the main body of rural household garbage treatment is single;Second,the collection,transportation and treatment of rural household garbage is not in place;Third,the classification of rural household garbage is not in place.In view of the above problems,analyze the causes: first,the government’s leading role is insufficient;Second,insufficient fund security;Third,the attention of garbage classification is not enough.According to the causes of the problems and the advanced experience at home and abroad,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,to improve the multi-subject participation in the treatment of rural household garbage;The second is to guide the diversification of rural household garbage treatment financing channels;Third,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of garbage classification.
