| Our country built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,achieved a victory in poverty alleviation,and marched into a new stage of the rural revitalization strategy.To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,we need to ensure the steady and lasting progress of rural revitalization work.Past practical experience shows that rural industrial development is the foundation,the focus and the key,and also the basis and guarantee for the realization of ecological livable and prosperous life in rural areas.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed the need to "develop industries with rural characteristics and broaden the channels for farmers to increase income and get rich".In 2023,the Central Government’s "No.1 Document" on the promotion of rural revitalization work opinions focused on "promoting the high-quality development of rural industries,expanding and strengthening the processing and circulation of agricultural products,accelerating the development of modern rural service industry,cultivating new rural industries and new forms of business",and continuing to promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.It can be seen that the integrated development of rural industries has become the key to promoting agricultural modernization,helping farmers to increase income and get rich,and realizing the construction of rural ecological civilization,which is a strong guarantee to promote common prosperity.However,at present,our rural ecoenvironmental protection still has many short boards,the agricultural base is still not strong,farmers rely on agriculture income still weak,but the key to realize rural green rich beauty lies in the development industry.Based on the above background,an in-depth study of the relationship between rural industry integration and green prosperity for the people and an analysis of the mechanism of action between the two will not only enrich the theoretical research on rural industry integration and green prosperity for the people,but also provide a basis for the policy formulation of rural revitalization.First of all,this thesis introduces the practical background of rural industry integration and green prosperity for the people.Based on previous studies and relevant theories,it initially expounds the coupled coordination mechanism theory of green prosperity for the people,and analyzes the mechanism of rural industry integration affecting green prosperity for the people.Secondly,based on China’s provincial panel data from 2001 to 2020,a comprehensive index system is constructed to measure the level and coordination degree of green prosperity in 30 Chinese provinces,and the coordination status and development of green prosperity are analyzed.Thirdly,the econometric model was constructed to empirically study the impact of rural industry integration of different dimensions on green prosperity for the people.The empirical regression results were tested by two-stage instrumental variable method and robustness test,and the conclusions were found to be robust and reliable.Then the regional heterogeneity analysis was carried out.Then,the spatial factors are incorporated into the model to build a spatial econometric model,and the spatial correlation between rural industrial integration and green prosperity is further investigated.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.The findings are as follows: first,the development of green and rich people in China has been relatively rapid from 2001 to 2020,but the regional differences are obvious.Among them,the green water and rich people development highland is mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas,showing a trend of diffusion from east to west on the whole,the central and western areas of green water and rich people development is growing fast,and the regional gap is narrowing.Second,the integration of rural industries in different dimensions can significantly promote green development and enrich the people.Every 1% increase in the extension of agricultural industry chain,the development of agricultural multifunction and the integrated development of agricultural service industry will promote the level of green prosperity of the people to increase by 0.035,0.042 and 0.046 percentage points respectively on average.After using the instrumental variable method to deal with the endogenous problem of the model and the robustness test,the results are still robust and reliable.Thirdly,the heterogeneity analysis shows that the extension of agricultural industry chain plays the most significant role in promoting green and enriching the people in the western region.Agricultural multifunctional play in the central region to promote the most significant role;The integrated development of agricultural service industry in the eastern and western regions has a better green and peopleenriching effect.On the whole,the green people-enriching effect of rural industrial integration has a marginal decreasing law,and it has a stronger green people-enriching effect in the central and western regions.Fourth,there is a significant spatial correlation between rural industrial integration and green prosperity.The results of the spatial Dubin model show that rural industrial integration of different dimensions is not only conducive to promoting the local development of green prosperity,but also conducive to improving the level of green prosperity in neighboring areas,with obvious spatial spillover effect.Based on the above research results,this thesis puts forward relevant policy suggestions on rural industrial integration and green prosperity of the people as follows: first,accelerate the transformation of rural industrial integration from low-end to high-end;Second,implement the policies and measures of regional differences and promote the integration of rural industries according to local conditions;Third,optimize the spatial layout of industrial integration chain and build regional collaborative development mechanism. |
