| CO2welding is a traditional welding method,it has the advantages of low cost and high energy efficiency,but its application is limited by the disadvantage of excessive welding spatter.In this paper,the characteristics of CO2welding short-circuit transition,surface tension transition waveform control method as a guideline,combined with the"front inverter+rear chopper"main circuit structure of the welding power supply system control,in order to reduce welding spatter.The main circuit structure used in this paper can significantly improve the current variation rate compared to the traditional welding power source that uses"pure inverter"to adjust the current level.After determining the main circuit structure,the selection of power devices in the main circuit was completed by calculation,and then two main circuit structures,"front inverter+rear chopper"and"pure inverter",were simulated using Matlab/Simulink.By comparing the simulation results,it can be proved that the former can effectively improve the current drop rate in the early and late stages of short circuit.The control circuit includes the main control circuit,pulse width modulation circuit,driver circuit and communication circuit for human-machine interaction.The control program includes the main program,A/D conversion subroutine,PI control subroutine and waveform control subroutine.With the development of manufacturing industry,welding automation has become the current trend of industrial development,while welding automation can improve the production efficiency and improve the working environment of workers,in which the welding seam tracking technology is an important embodiment of the degree of welding automation,therefore,this paper designs a swing type welding seam tracking system,the system uses the swing way to scan the welding seam,through the sensor to get the welding gun’s In order to effectively and accurately extract the weld seam deviation information,the paper uses Hall current sensors combined with Hall proximity switches to synchronize the current information and the position information of the welding gun during welding to achieve accurate positioning of the weld arc.For the phenomenon of excessive current fluctuation during CO2welding,this paper uses the multi-cycle polar comparison method to extract the weld seam deviation information,and then conducts the weld seam tracking based on the deviation information.In summary,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the CO2welding process and proposes a CO2welding power source system based on surface tension transition as well as an oscillating weld seam tracking system.The results of these studies have important practical significance and application value in improving welding quality and efficiency while reducing production costs. |
