Research Of Production Quality Management Of JX Flour-Processing Factory

With the rapid development of the flour processing industry and the intensification of competition in the flour product market,small and medium-sized flour processing plants are facing huge survival pressure.Flour processing plants must also change how to reduce costs to how to improve flour quality.It should take the production of high-quality products as a strategic goal.The way to effectively achieve this strategic goal is to adopt advanced production management system,learn and use the advanced quality management concepts and methods from top to bottom,constantly summarize and improve quality management,so that the development of enterprises is on a high-quality development road.This paper summarizes the theory of quality management at home and abroad and its application in the flour processing industry,which is guided by the current advanced total quality management.Taking JX flour processing plant as the research object,it combines theory with practice.At the beginning,the production status and quality management status of JX flour processing plant are sorted out,and it finds that the design and development quality was not paid attention to,there are problems,such as,failure to timely update,imperfect quality management system,low quality of production personnel,outdated production equipment and poor production environment.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing quality management problems in JX flour processing plant,and summarizes the existing quality management problems in the production process from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment.It uses PDCA cycle in total quality management to design cycle improvement strategies for the entire production link and redesign and develop quality.For example,it improves the organizational structure of the company,adds deputy quality manager,carries out the construction of quality management enterprise culture,optimizes the quality control of the production process,identifies critical control points and controls the existing important control points,carries on the research of fuzzy PID control in the process of wetting wheat.Segmented extraction detection is added to the milling stage,strengthen the quality process control of milling.Through this series of improvement measures,it improve the quality management effect.Finally,in order to guarantee the improvement effect of quality management,it establishes the three-level assessment system of production quality management,and carries out phased evaluation of the quality management effect.This paper,taking JX flour processing plant as the object,carried out five process studies of "status quo--problems--analysis--countermeasures--evaluation",which effectively improved the quality management level of the enterprise.Meanwhile,combined with the characteristics of the development stage of the enterprise,it continuously optimized and improved the existing quality management system,and paid attention to the effect of quality improvement.To a certain extent,it provides guarantee for the high-quality development of enterprises.
