Bolt support and anchor cable support are currently the most effective support methods in coal mine roadways.Most of the air-borne bolt-and-cable drilling rigs carried by domestic bolting rigs use a four-bar mechanism when lifting the drilling anchor,and the drilling has the problems of inaccurate positioning and low lifting height.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a vertical lift-mounted bolt-and-cable drilling rig based on the existing air-bolt drilling rig,which has the advantages of accurate drilling positioning and can improve the efficiency of roadway support.Using Solid Works,the three-dimensional model of the inner and outer frame type vertical lifting bolt and cable drilling rig is designed,its structure composition and working principle are introduced,and the main structures of the bolt cable drilling rig such as lifting mechanism,horizontal sliding components and drilling frame components are detailed.Design calculation analysis.According to the kinematic characteristics of the air-borne bolting rig,the kinematics simulation of the drilling process was carried out by ADAMS,and the displacement and velocity curves of the drilling box were obtained.In order to study the matching relationship between the motion parameters of the drilling rig and the characteristics of coal and rock during the drilling operation,the discrete element theory and the abrasive wear theory are used to analyze the rock-breaking mechanism of the drilling rig,and the axial load and torque of the drilling rig and the feed during drilling are clarified.Relationship between speed,rotational speed,plunge angle and bit geometry.In the EDEM software,the coupled rock-breaking rotary drilling model of coal rock,sandstone layer and drill bit is established,and the single-factor method is used to numerically simulate and solve the rock-breaking process of the drill bit under the conditions of different rotational speeds and feed speeds.The resistance torque,wear depth,and rock-breaking efficiency are used as evaluation indicators for the rock-breaking performance of the drilling rig.The results show that the higher the hardness of the rock formation,the greater the rock-breaking load,resistance moment and wear depth of the drill bit,and the lower the rock-breaking efficiency,and the wear position is concentrated at the top of the drill bit.Under the coal seam and sandstone layer,the higher the drilling rig’s rotational speed,the lower the rockbreaking efficiency.When the rotational speed is 450r/min,the rock-breaking load,resistance torque and wear depth of the drill bit are smaller;The higher the rockbreaking efficiency,the smaller the bit wear when the feed speed is 95mm/s.In order to improve the hole forming accuracy and the dynamic characteristics of the drilling rig during the drilling operation,based on the vibration theory and the modal analysis method,the modal characteristics and the forced vibration of the anchor drilling system of the airborne anchor bolt and cable drilling rig were studied.The vibration mode of the bolt-anchor-cable drilling rig is analyzed,the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model of the anchor-drill system is established,and the modal frequencies and mode shapes of the carriage assembly and the anchor-drill system are obtained.The motion partial differential equation of the air-bolt bolt-cable drilling rig is established,and the ADAMS/Vibration module is used to analyze the forced vibration of the typical working conditions of the bolt-drilling system,and its natural frequency,mode shape and frequency response curve are obtained.The results show that when the working speed of the drilling rig is controlled within 600 r/min during the topping operation,the anchor drilling system will not generate resonance.When the side drilling operation is performed,the working speed of the drilling rig is controlled within 500 r/min,and the anchor drilling system can avoid the occurrence of resonance.Under the excitation of the rock breaking load,the drilling trajectory of the drilling rig is close to the side of the horizontal sliding component in the topping operation,and the vibration displacement in the cross-section of the anchoring hole is 3.018 mm at most.The drilling trajectory is deviated to the direction of gravity in the sidestripping operation.The maximum vibration displacement in the cross-section of the anchoring hole is 15.22 mm.Compared with the topping operation,the vibration response of the drilling rig on the side of the drilling rig is more severe and complex,which has a greater impact on the hole forming accuracy.The vertical lift-mounted bolt-and-cable drilling rig designed and developed in this paper has positive significance for improving the support efficiency of coal mine roadway and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mine support equipment.
