| The use of a large number of fossil fuels emits greenhouse gases that can affect global climate change.Environmental pollution and climate change have become global issues facing human beings at present.In order to solve these worrying problems,create a friendly atmosphere of harmony between man and nature,and protect the earth’s environment,researchers have explored various effective solutions.Biochar,as an emerging functional material,has significant effects on the treatment of various pollutants and carbon sequestration in the environment,so it has become a research hotspot in the past decade,and a large number of research results on biochar have been published.In today’s big data more and more attention,in order to make full use of existing data analysis of biochar,this study combined with machine learning for biochar carbon content and carbon sequestration ability were analyzed.Collected from this study have been published on the Internet a lot of biochar experimental data,the paper with biochar raw materials,preparation conditions such as input variables,based on the theory of machine learning decision tree is constructed,random forests,GBDT model,fitting the resulting biochar carbon content,the main factors influencing the biochar carbon content,as well as the biological carbon sequestration ability.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)GBDT model was used to analyze the relationship between biomass raw materials,pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis time and carbon content of biochar.It was found that pyrolysis temperature had a positive effect on the carbon content of biochar.Within a certain temperature range,the higher the pyrolysis temperature was,the higher the carbon content of biochar was.The effect of pyrolysis temperature on carbon content of biochar is much greater than that of pyrolysis time.(2)The choice of biomass raw materials has a greater impact on carbon content.Sludge,livestock and poultry manure,algae,weeds,crop straw and other biomass materials have a negative impact on the carbon content of biochar,while wood biomass mainly pine,wood,bamboo has a positive impact on the carbon content of biochar.In order to prepare biochar with high carbon content,biomass with high wood content can be selected as raw materials for biochar preparation,and biomass with high water content and volatile content such as sludge and feces should be avoided as far as possible.(3)Pyrolysis temperature is a decisive factor affecting the stability and carbon sequestration capacity of biochar.The higher the temperature,the stronger the carbon sequestration capacity of biochar.The relationship between O/C and H/C ratios of biochar and raw materials is not obvious,and the relationship between the carbon sequestration capacity of biochar and biomass raw materials is not clear.Although previous studies have shown that biomass raw materials can affect the carbon sequestration capacity of biochar to a certain extent,the results are still not universal and need further research and verification. |
