The construction industry is gradually moving towards digitalization,informatization and intelligence.Safety analysis and prediction of prestressed cable net structures in construction stage are very concerned in engineering field.Therefore,the focus of this study is how to improve the analysis accuracy of structural safety performance in the construction process and realize the intelligent prediction of safety state.Through the analysis and prediction of safety performance,the basis for the formulation of safety control measures in the construction process is provided to ensure the safety of the structure in each stage.Digital twins can realize the interactive integration of physical space and virtual space,which provides a new method for structural safety analysis and prediction in construction process.Intelligent algorithm based on artificial intelligence can provide new solutions for intelligent prediction of safety risks.Digital twins can realize the interactive intelligence can provide new solutions for intelligent prediction of safety risks.Therefore,this thesis studies the intelligent analysis and prediction of structural safety based on various intelligent evaluation methods and modeling techniques,combined with the simulation characteristics of digital twins high fidelity behavior and the powerful data mining ability of intelligent algorithms.Details are as follows:(1)By analyzing the technical characteristics of digital twins and artificial intelligence,an intelligent analysis and prediction framework for structural safety driven by the integration of digital twins and artificial intelligence is proposed.Combined with the goal of intelligent construction,the fusion mechanism of digital twins and artificial intelligence is systematically expounded,and the key technologies of intelligent construction driven by the fusion of digital twins and artificial intelligence are analyzed.By considering the construction elements of space and time dimensions,the multi-level control of the construction process is carried out,which provides the basis for intelligent analysis and prediction of structural safety.(2)Digital twins interaction can provide efficient control mechanism for construction process.In this study,a digital twins modeling method for safety assessment of prestressed cable net structures for construction process is proposed.In this research method,structural safety assessment is divided into performance analysis and maintenance.Based on the interaction between virtual and real,multi-dimensional information fusion in time and space is carried out to realize the analysis of structural safety performance.On this basis,the Bow-tie model is established for the maintenance modeling of construction unsafe events.(3)On the basis of twin modeling,the information in the process of structural construction is dynamically perceived,so as to establish a multidimensional model of structural analysis,and the model correction rule is used to deal with the virtual model to improve the robustness of simulation.In the twin model,the simulation data of the real structure is extracted.The probability analysis is carried out by(Dempster-Shafer)D-S evidence theory,so as to accurately and intelligently judge the sensitivity of mechanical parameters of each node of the cable under external force.For the whole structure system,under the driving of Markov chain,the mechanical properties of the structure in the construction process are determined,and the high-precision structural safety performance analysis is realized.(4)Aiming at the problem of low accuracy and intelligence of cable force prediction in the process of cable tension,an intelligent prediction method of prestressed cable force driven by digital twins is proposed.Under the theoretical framework of intelligent predictive closed-loop control,the predictive maintenance method of digital twins drive is explored.On this basis,a fusion prediction method framework based on digital twins is built,and the implementation process of the fusion prediction maintenance method is explored.The cable force of the cable is predicted by the data fusion from the working condition parameters.The theoretical method formed in this study was applied to the spoke cable truss test model,and the feasibility and scientificity were verified.Taking the safety state of the structure in the construction process as the main research object,focusing on the application of digital twins and artificial intelligence technology innovation,the intelligent analysis and prediction of the safety of prestressed cable net structures are carried out,and the relevant theoretical basis and key technical support are provided,which has theoretical significance and practical value for improving the safety management level of prestressed steel structure construction.
