Research On The Optimization Of Fine Cigarette Quality Management In Z Tobacco Enterprise

With the increase in consumer demand for cigarette product quality and health concerns,the tobacco industry has paid more and more attention to product quality management in recent years,but due to changes in the external environment and internal management level,some cigarette processing and manufacturing enterprises in the industry,there are still gaps and deficiencies in product quality management.Secondly,as a new product under the trend of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,low tar and low harm,fine cigarettes are different from the original idea of standard cigarettes in terms of process,technology and method.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the quality management level and enhance the core competitiveness of Z tobacco enterprises by taking Z tobacco enterprises’ fine cigarette product quality management optimization research as the selected topic.Based on total quality management theory and lean quality management theory,this thesis uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey method,and typical case analysis to study and analyze how to improve the quality of fine tobacco products,optimize the quality management mode,and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of Z tobacco company.Firstly,an objective and systematic introduction of the current situation of fine stub quality management in Z tobacco enterprise including the introduction of the enterprise and the quality standard and score of fine stub tobacco.Secondly,the problems in the quality management process were sorted out and investigated and analyzed one by one according to the concept of total quality management with raw material procurement,manufacturing,and inventory storage as the main lines.The quality consciousness of the staff is weak,the quality management mechanism of the workshop is not perfect,and the function of the storage information system is not perfect.Finally,we analyze the main problems in the current fine cigarette quality management model of Z tobacco enterprises and propose optimization solutions,including: first,optimization for raw material procurement,covering optimization of the selection and evaluation of fine cigarette material suppliers,strengthening the mastery of the key nodes of fine cigarette material procurement,establishing a comparison mechanism for cigarette material testing between supply and demand,establishing an effective information sharing platform.The second is the optimization of production and manufacturing,which covers ensuring high quality operation of equipment,optimizing production management methods,improving the quality awareness of all staff,and optimizing the production environment.The third is the optimization of inventory storage,which covers sorting out the supply chain quality management needs and improving the information system functions,improving the responsibilities of quality management personnel and achieving full coverage of supply chain processes,and involving all warehouse staff in quality management-related training and establishing relevant incentive systems.The results of the study show that the proposed quality management optimization program and the implementation of countermeasures has promoted the level of fine product quality in Z tobacco enterprises,reduced the failure rate and internal traceability frequency,and can also provide a reference for other cigarette manufacturing enterprises in the industry to study the quality management model.
