In order to understand the pollution status of typical landscape water bodies in Zhengzhou City,this paper takes Qihu landscape water body of Longhu Campus of Zhongyuan University of Technology,in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province as the research object,analyzes and evaluates its water quality indexes and the changes of total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)content in the substrate according to the sampling frequency of once a week,and also adopts the composite remediation technology of phytoremediation technology,artificial aeration technology,and combined plant-aeration,using The phytoremediation technology,artificial aeration technology and combined plant-aeration restoration technology were used to analyze and evaluate the changes of total nitrogen and total phosphorus(TP)in the water body,and to study the effect of phytoremediation on the water body by measuring the water quality index and the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the sediment.The main research findings are as follows:(1)Evaluation of water environment quality of Qihu landscape water body:from the aspect of single factor evaluation,the water quality did not reach the surface water environment quality V standard during the whole monitoring period,and belonged to the poor V water body.Among them,the content of TN,NH4+-N and TP seriously exceeds the standard,while the content of permanganate index can reach the V water quality standard when it reaches the maximum value.From the aspect of comprehensive index evaluation,the comprehensive pollution index of Nemiro in October,November,December,March,April and May of Qilu Lake landscape water body is 5.12,5.72,7.20,5.47,5.11 and 4.69 respectively,and the water quality of water body is seriously polluted in all other months except May when it shows heavy pollution status.(2)The purification studies of different plants and plant combinations on the test water bodies showed that the removal rates of TN in the test water bodies by the combination of Ceratophyllum demersum,Acorus calamus and Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus were 46.80%,62.80%and 60.90%,respectively;the removal rates of NH4+-N were 76.63%,69.32%and 63.43%,respectively;the removal rates of NO3--N were 62.91%,67.55%,72.85%;85.46%,79.47%,77.37%for NO2--N;42.50%,50.00%,55.00%for TP;75.31%,82.54%,71.77%for permanganate index.Collectively,the purification effect of the combination of Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus and Acorus calamus on water pollutants was better than that of Ceratophyllum demersum;the difference between the combination of Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus and Acorus calamus on the removal of water pollutants was not significant.In addition,at the end of the experiment,compared with the blank control unit,the reduction of substrate TN:Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus>Acorus calamus>Ceratophyllum demersum;the reduction of substrate TP:Ceratophyllum demersum>Acorus calamus>Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus.(3)The study of aeration and combined plant-aeration on the purification of the test water showed that the removal rates of TN by Ceratophyllum demersum+aeration,Acorus calamus+aeration,Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus+aeration and aeration units were 53.44%,64.34%,65.88%and 61.49%,respectively;the removal rates of NH4+-N were 80.29%,77.42%,86.17%and 78.54%;the removal rates of NO3--N were 74.83%,78.81%,84.77%,52.32%;the removal rates of NO2--N were 67.37%,54.21%,58.95%,34.21%;the removal rates of TP content were 45.00%,52.50%,60.00%,27.50%The removal rates of permanganate index were 72.85%,78.92%,65.54%and 55.23%respectively;it can be seen that the combined plant-aeration method has better effect on the removal of various pollution indexes in the water body than the single aeration method;the best removal effect of pollutants in the water body among the four experimental units was Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus+aeration,followed by Acorus calamus+aeration and Ceratophyllum demersum+aeration.The removal effect of single aeration was poor.In addition,at the end of the experiment,compared with the blank control unit,the reduction of TN in the substrate:Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus+aeration>Acorus calamus+aeration>Ceratophyllum demersum+aeration>single aeration;the reduction of TP in the substrate,except for the poor effect of single aeration,the removal effect of other test units is not significant.(4)Comparing the results of phytoremediation,single aeration and combined phytoremediation and aeration,it was found that the combined phytoremediation and aeration had better comprehensive removal effects than phytoremediation and single aeration on the main water quality pollution indexes TN,NH4+-N,TP,permanganate index and TN and TP in the substrate,among which the combination of Ceratophyllum demersum+Acorus calamus+aeration had the best comprehensive purification ability for eutrophic water bodies.The combined effect of phytoremediation and single aeration was better than that of phytoremediation and single aeration.It also shows that aeration has an enhanced effect on the ability of plants to purify water bodies.
