The continuous development of my country’s social economy has put forward higher requirements for the quality of corporate talents.The expansion of corporate core business is inseparable from the efforts of sales staff.Sales talents play an important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,and they are also the current human resources.An important part of the management process.Therefore,it is particularly important to be able to effectively deploy sales staff and build a reasonable competency model to meet the needs of actual work.YF was established in 2015.After years of development,YF Gene Technology Co.,Ltd.has made certain achievements in genetic diagnosis,medical services,and drug production.But with the increasingly fierce competition in the biotechnology market,uneven sales staff capabilities,and greater mobility of sales staff,how to effectively enhance sales staff’s work abilities and improve the company’s sales performance to enhance YF’s market competitiveness is very important role.Therefore,this article is based on competency theory,quality iceberg theory,Maslow’s demand theory and onion theory,using literature research,expert group method and behavioral event interview method,taking YF company as the research object,using SPSS statistical software to pass behavior of YF company The 24 competency feature factors extracted from the 60 cases obtained during the event interview were analyzed by principal components,and finally the competency model of YF company sales positions was constructed,and the specific application of YF company competency model was studied in depth,with a view to selection High-quality sales staff and related bio-manufacturing enterprises can provide reference for the development.The research focus of this article is summarized into three points: First,based on the industry background of domestic biotechnology companies,combined with the development status of YF company,analyze the selection of sales staff of YF company,and build a reasonable sales position competency model,Provide ideas and reference for the selection of follow-up sales staff.Secondly,this article further refines the competency model,which specifically includes the indicators,weights and levels of the YF company’s competency model.Finally,This article competency model built on the competence model,carry out detailed analysis of specific cases to provide effective theoretical foundation and personnel guarantee for YF company’s follow-up human resource management.
