| Oil and gas pipelines promote China’s rapid economic and social development and benefit the people’s livelihood,but also threaten the safety of people’s lives and property.In recent years,there have been a number of oil pipeline leakage and explosion accidents in China,which has caused a bad social impact of "talking about pipe color change",and also affected the construction and development of oil and gas pipelines,reflecting the relationship between oil and gas pipeline construction and urban development in China Security contradiction.In order to put forward an oil and gas pipeline third party damage risk analysis and safety protection research method.The specific steps are detailed below:(1)In this paper,through the study of domestic and foreign oil and gas pipeline risk analysis methods and safety planning methods,it is found that China’s oil and gas pipeline risk analysis methods and safety planning methods are insufficient.The basis for determining the proportion of accidents caused by four factors,such as third party damage,corrosion,design and misoperation,in China.(2)Based on the theory of wavelet analysis,the third party damage risk signal is denoised to get the time difference of the signal.Then,the location of the third-party failure risk factor points is estimated by using the relevant formula,and the third-party risk failure probability correction model based on risk factor analysis is established.(3)On the basis of the quantitative risk analysis,personal risk and social risk are selected as the quantitative risk assessment indicators for oil and gas pipelines,the risk model for calculating individual and social risk is established,the acceptable personal risk standard and social risk standard are proposed according to the relevant ALARP criteria,and finally the risk area is divided and safety planning suggestions are given.(4)According to the method proposed in this paper,the risk analysis is carried out for the high risk consequence area of third-party damage of gasoline pipeline in a certain area,and the safety planning suggestions are put forward.The feasibility,rationality and scientificity of the method are verified.In order to ensure the safety of the oil and gas pipeline itself and the safety of the surrounding area protection target,it provides a theoretical reference for the safety planning of the protection target in the surrounding area of the oil and gas pipeline and the optimization of land resource utilization. |
