In recent years,human beings are facing more and more serious environmental problems,such as climate change,air pollution,loss of biodiversity and depletion of natural resources.Environmentalism has become an international consensus and the fundamental principle of sustainable development.The ecological concept of green water and green mountains is becoming a common recognition and practice criterion in China.In view of the growing emergence of ecological and environmental problems,how to reduce environmental pollution and seek ecological development is increasingly concerned by the society.In order to achieve the goal of green strategy,enterprises have formulated a variety of environmental protection policies and measures,but from the system to implementation,it needs the collective efforts and behavior accumulation of employees at all levels in the organization.In this context,employee green behavior has become a new focus in the field of organizational environmental management.Employees’ green behavior is the micro basis of the implementation of organizational environmental strategy,which has an important impact on the improvement of environmental performance.Green behavior of employees in the workplace seems simple and easy.But not all members of the organization will think it is relevant and do their best to make a difference.Therefore,this paper defines the research topic and explores the influence mechanism of corporate environmental responsibility perception on employees’ green behavior based on social cognitive theory.According to the research problems,starting from the organization’s internal environmental management,we pay attention to the characteristics of the organization’s environment,and regard the enterprise’s environmental responsibility as an important organizational factor of employees’ green behavior.Based on social cognitive theory,this paper takes employee’s green self-efficacy as intermediary variable and green transformational leadership as moderating variable into the research model.Based on 340 valid data,this paper uses hierarchical regression and boot pulling method to analyze the conditional process.From the aspect of green self-efficacy,it studies the action mechanism of corporate environmental responsibility perception on employees’ green behavior and the boundary role of green transformational leadership,and further improves the theoretical explanatory power through a more integrated research framework.The results show that: firstly,the perception of corporate environmental responsibility will increase employees’ green self-efficacy,and then improve employees’ green behavior,that is,green self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role;Secondly,as a boundary condition,green transformational leadership positively moderates the relationship between corporate environmental responsibility perception and employees’ green self-efficacy,and strengthens the role of green self-efficacy between employees’ corporate environmental responsibility perception and employees’ green behavior,showing a moderating mediating effect.Based on the research results,management suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the communication of internal corporate environmental responsibility,shaping employees’ green ability belief and managers’ purposeful exertion of green transformational leadership style.The research results expand the research on employees’ green behavior and have enlightening significance for the practice of enterprise environmental management.
