Abstract/Summary:
Ultrasonic machining is a common special machining process in recent years.Because ultrasonic machining has good processing advantages,it is widely used in aerospace,precision equipment processing and other professional fields.Ultrasonic cleaning assisted machining is a very popular research content in ultrasonic machining.The principle of ultrasonic assisted cleaning processing is to use the cavitation,acceleration,and direct inflow effects of ultrasound in liquid to directly and indirectly affect the liquid and dirt,causing the dirt layer to be dispersed,emulsified,and peeled off to achieve the cleaning purpose.In the field of aerospace,cleaning excess materials in complex engine grooves has always been a major challenge.It is difficult to ensure that the cleaning of excess materials on the inner wall of the grooves can meet the process requirements.Moreover,there is no complete set of ultrasonic assisted cleaning equipment in the market to complete the cleaning and processing of excess materials on the inner wall of complex engine grooves to achieve higher process requirements for products.This article is based on this,The following studies have been conducted on the research,design,and manufacturing of ultrasonic assisted cleaning devices for complex engine channels:(1)Summarize the current research status of ultrasonic assisted cleaning devices for complex engine channels both domestically and internationally,and propose design and research requirements for ultrasonic assisted cleaning devices.The designed ultrasonic assisted cleaning device is required to achieve integration of the cleaning process(including filtration system,abrasive system,control system,and cleaning system),and ultimately to achieve the required accuracy and process requirements by flushing the structural components of the length cooling channel.(2)An auxiliary motion system has been designed to ensure the independence and coordination of various motion parameters,that is,to ensure the flow state and smoothness of abrasive and suspension in the cooling channel,in order to solve the blockage,stagnation,and even blockage of abrasive suspension caused by the complexity of the channel structure.(3)Conduct finite element motion simulation analysis on the ultrasonic assisted cleaning device to ensure the rationality of the structure and motion design of the designed ultrasonic assisted cleaning device.(4)Conduct research and verification testing on the design experiment of the ultrasonic assisted cleaning device for the complex channel of the designed engine,to ensure the practical applicability of the designed device.In this paper,a new type of ultrasonic cleaning device is studied,which introduces ultrasonic machining into the removal of the inner wall surplus of the complex groove of the engine,reduces the difficulty of removing the inner wall surplus of the complex groove,has a very important application value for ensuring the accuracy of the engine pipe materials in the aerospace field,meets the higher quality requirements for the complex groove of the engine,and provides a special composite cleaning device,To achieve better processing results.
