| In the field of home furnishing,solid wood furniture materials natural,environmental protection,pollution-free,deeply loved by consumers and attention.In today’s society,due to the increasingly prominent individual consumption demand in the market,the public has put forward higher requirements for the quality of solid wood furniture.In the process of long-term use,furniture will be affected by external factors,resulting in changes in its own structure,resulting in tiny cracks on the surface of the furniture coating.In order to restrain the expansion of microcracks,self-healing microcapsule technology was introduced into furniture coating.The composite microcapsules were prepared by using color-changing microcapsules at the same time.The composite microcapsules were used to repair microcracks on the surface coating of solid wood furniture,which protected the wooden furniture,increased the color-changing function and improved the added value of furniture products.In this paper,wood(Zingana wood,Ebiara wood)commonly used in Beijing Jinyu Tiantan Furniture Co.,Ltd.is used as the base material,and water-based coating with microcapsules was coated on the surface of wood.By testing color difference,the self-healing properties,roughness,hardness,microstructure,infrared spectrum,adhesion and liquid resistance of the coating,it is verified that the prepared shellac self-healing composite color-changing microcapsules have both good self-healing and color-changing effects.The sample was placed at room temperature of 25°C,and the coating properties of the sample were investigated after 2 years,and the microcapsules were more suitable to be added to the surface coating of Ebiara wood or Zingana wood.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to explore the preparation method of shellac self-healing composite color-changing microcapsules and the coating performance on the surface of Zingana wood,the self-made shellac microcapsules and color-changing microcapsules were added to the varnish according to different ratios,and coated on the surface of wood,so that it has both self-healing and color-changing dual functions.The optimal sample was selected by orthogonal experiment and independent experiment was carried out.The surface color difference,self-healing,roughness,hardness,infrared spectrum analysis,SEM observation and other tests were carried out on the optimal product,and its composition was determined.The results show that the color changing microcapsules can change the surface coating of wood,and the shellac microcapsules can inhibit the color changing microcapsules.Composite microcapsules can repair the microcracks on the surface coating of wood boards.When 10% color changing microcapsules are added to primer and 15% shellac microcapsules are added to top coat,the coating has the best comprehensive performance and has certain self-healing and color changing properties.(2)Different proportions of shellac microcapsules and color changing microcapsules were added to water-based coatings,and the effect of different proportions of self repairing composite color changing microcapsules on the coating performance of Ebiara wood panels was explored.Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of color changing microcapsules,shellac microcapsules,and the addition methods of microcapsules on the coating performance were explored,and independent experiments were conducted.Experiments were conducted on the optimal product,including color difference,self-healing,roughness,hardness,infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that adding 15.0% shellac microcapsules to the primer and 20.0% discoloration microcapsules to the topcoat resulted in the best overall performance of the coating.(3)In order to explore whether the composite microcapsule is more suitable to be added to the surface coating of Ebiara wood or Zingana wood,the properties of the coatings were observed two years later.Through the study of color change,self-healing,roughness,hardness and microstructure of the coating,and testing the adhesion and solvent resistance of the coating,it was found that the microcapsules were more suitable to be added to the surface coating of Ebiara wood. |
