General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the report of the 19th Party Congress that he insisted on giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas, and historically placed agricultural and rural issues in a priority position in the overall work of the Party and the State. In 2019,the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources,in the Guidelines for the Preparation of Municipal-level Territorial Spatial Master Plans(for Trial Implementation)issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources, clearly stated that the development of rural leisure tourism should be strongly supported to create new economic carriers for rural areas, while It is proposed that the construction of farmland should be standardised and controlled to ensure villagers’food security, which in turn will promote the rapid development of rural industries. As an important part of the landscape in villages and towns, green infrastructure not only has a positive effect on the natural environment and balanced development of the ecosystem, the creation of tourism features and the enhancement of the image brand of villages and towns, but also can effectively drive industrial development and improve economic levels. The traditional method of green infrastructure construction is based on the framework of"ecological source identification-landscape resistance surface construction-ecological corridor construction",and the construction of green infrastructure is carried out through ecological sensitivity analysis. This research is to optimize the traditional construction methods, and propose a set of relatively complete optimization methods for the construction of green infrastructure in Hanwang Town,Xuzhou City.As the village and town were built against their original historical background, the village and town were unable to show their own characteristics, and the original ecological functions of the village and town were poorly considered, resulting in a cluttered landscape and a damaged ecological safety pattern. In this study, the third national land survey data was used to determine the final ecological source sites by applying the market value method and cost substitution method to account for the value of ecosystem services in each type of site in Hanwang.Secondly, the role of green infrastructure in driving industry has often been overlooked, with ecological factors such as water containment, gas regulation, climate regulation and soil conservation being chosen over industrial factors. Finally, the traditional ecological corridor construction process does not consider the linkage of tourism resources, but this study considers tourist attractions as ecological nodes, and the constructed ecological corridor can effectively link all tourist attractions to form a complete ecological tourism network.Based on this, the study combines the background of integrated development of agriculture and tourism, based on the data of the Third National Land Survey and relevant statistics, the existing green infrastructure construction method is optimised and improved from the perspective of agriculture and tourism industries, using ecosystem services as a bridge, and finally proposes an optimisation strategy based on the optimisation results. The proposed optimisation method is divided into the following steps:(1)selection of relevant factors;(2)construction of an ecosystem service accounting system;(3)accounting of ecosystem service values;(4)extraction of ecological source sites;(5)construction of ecological corridors;(6)comparison and analysis of the construction results between the optimisation method and the traditional method. The results of the study show that the total area of ecological source sites identified by the traditional method is 10.12km~2,accounting for only 15.68%of the total area of the study area, and the area of ecological source sites identified by the optimised method is 24.05km~2,accounting for 37.29%of the total area of the study area, which is an increase of about The area of ecological source land identified by the optimized method is 24.05km~2,accounting for 37.29%of the total area of the study area, which is an increase of about 21.61%.In terms of ecological corridor construction, the total length of the ecological corridor constructed by the traditional method is 96,200m,with the ecological corridors on the east and west sides being sparse and unevenly distributed, and some of the ecological corridors existing independently without forming a real ecological network space. The study’s optimisation method has resulted in an ecological corridor with a total length of152,400m,which is more evenly distributed and has the function of linking tourist attractions, taking into account the landscape, ecological and tourism roles played by tourist attractions in the corridor. The optimisation method proposed in the study can,to a certain extent, solve the problems of the green infrastructure in Hanwang Town and provide a clear direction for the future development of green infrastructure in Hanwang Town,as well as provide a reference for the construction of green infrastructure in villages and towns where the agro-tourism industry is the leading industry.
