The hard overburden is one of the main causes of various dynamic disasters.The accumulation of too much energy to break the hard overburden will inevitably cause the whole coal rock system to lose its structural stability and the surrounding rock to deform greatly,which will easily lead to impact mine pressure,causing casualties and equipment damage,and seriously threatening the safe production of the mine.The slurry filling technology in the overburden stratigraphic zone is an important part of the green mining technology in coal mines and has been proven to be effective in controlling rock movement and solid waste disposal in recent years.Therefore,this thesis proposes a new method to weaken the impact pressure by fluidized slurry filling of gangue in delaminated area,and uses various research methods such as field research,theoretical analysis,laboratory test,physical simulation,numerical analysis and industrial test to study the disaster process of hard overburden impact disaster and the identification method of key layer of induced impact,and analyzes the control effect on the movement and sinking of hard overburden under different slurry filling rate conditions,revealing The stress and strain energy distribution law of hard overburden under different grouting filling rate was revealed,and the gangue fluidized grouting filling in the off-set area of Hongqinghe coal mine was designed to weaken the impact mine pressure project,and the following results were achieved:(1)The process of impact disaster caused by energy accumulation due to deformation of hard overburden is analyzed,the key influencing factors of impact disaster in hard overburden are given,and the main controlling factors of impact disaster in weakened hard overburden and the method of discriminating the key layer of induced impact are derived.(2)The physical similarity model of slurry filling in the delaminated area is established,and the structural breakage characteristics and movement and subsidence laws of hard overburden under different filling rate conditions are studied,revealing the mechanism of gangue fluidized slurry filling in the delaminated area to control the deformation of hard overburden.(3)The numerical model of slurry filling in the off-bed area is established,and the stress and strain energy distribution law of coal wall and hard overburden in the quarry under different number of working faces and different slurry filling rates are studied,revealing the mechanism of slurry filling in the off-bed area to weaken the disastercausing energy of hard overburden.(4)carried out the engineering design of gangue fluidized slurry filling in off-set area of Hongqinghe coal mine,proposed the design process of gangue fluidized slurry filling in off-set area of Hongqinghe coal mine to weaken the impact mine pressure,and gave the key parameters of gangue fluidized slurry filling in off-set area.The thesis has 72 figures,13 tables and 89 references.
