| The production workshop is the basic unit of the manufacturing enterprise,and the workshop layout directly determines the efficiency of material circulation,product production and processing.The layout of the workshop is usually designed according to the production experience at the beginning of the factory establishment,and is rarely adjusted according to changes in the production situation.With the intensification of market competition,manufacturing enterprises production mode has gradually changed to the small-batch and multi-batch production mode,which poses great challenges to the spatial layout and efficiency of the production workshop.Therefore,optimizing the workshop layout is conducive to reducing the logistics cost of enterprises and improving production efficiency.Based on the relevant theories of facility layout,this thesis analyzes the current situation of facility layout of packaging and printing workshop in Company Y,and then conducts systematic research to optimize its facility layout.Firstly,through the investigation of the packaging and printing workshop,the problems existing in the current layout scheme are sorted out and the optimization direction is clarified.Secondly,according to the Systematic Layout Planning,a series of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship between the workshop operation units are carried out,the comprehensive interrelationship diagram is sorted out as well,and a preliminary optimization plan is designed.Thirdly,in order to reduce the influence of human factors on the optimization layout plan,a mathematical model is established for the workshop facilities,the objective function is constructed by minimizing logistics costs and maximizing non-logistics relationships,setting realistic constraints and parameters,and using genetic algorithms to further optimize the scheme obtained by the system facility layout method to obtain the final optimization scheme.Finally,through quantitative analysis and Flexsim software to simulate the original layout scheme and the final optimization scheme,the results show that the optimized facility layout reduces the material handling distance by 21.27%,the logistics intensity by about 30%,and the non-logistics relationship by 19.61%.In addition,this thesis also puts forward suggestions from various aspects to help continuously optimize the layout of workshop facilities and thus improve competitiveness.This thesis comprehensively uses the Systematic Layout Planning and genetic algorithm to optimize the layout of production workshop facilities,reduce the material handling distance,shorten the waiting time of production equipment,provide a strong basis for the adjustment of the facility layout of the packaging and printing workshop of Company Y,and provide a reference case for the optimization of workshop facilities in similar enterprises.The thesis has 23 figures,33 tables,and 83 references. |
