| The main work of thesis is to prepare hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-cyclodextrin)composite membrane and study its enantioselective characteristic.The significance of chirality and enantioseparation was briefly introduced.Several methods of chiral resolution and membrane preparation were summarized.Using polyethersulfone as the basement layer,HP-β-cyclodextrin composite membrane was prepared by the interface polymerization reaction of HP-β-cyclodextrin and benzenetricarboxylic chloride,in which various parameters were optimized.When the feed concentration was 0.08 mg/m L with p H 7.0,and the dialysis time was 60 h at20°C for the D,L-phenylglycine,66.05 % e.e.value(enantiomer surplus)and RSD1.15 % could be obtained on the enantioselective membrane.HP-β-cyclodextrin composite membrane could also be used to dialyze the D,L-phydroxyphenylglycine.With the feed concentration of 0.08 mg/m L at p H 8.0 and 20°C for 60 h,66.46 % e.e.value and RSD 3.32 % could be obtained on the enantioselective membrane.The extraction efficiency of HP-β-cyclodextrin membrane was studied for D,Lphenylglycine and D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine,too.The feed concentratione,p H of aqueous solution,extraction time and temperature were optimized.When the concentration of D,L-phenylglycine and D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine is 0.07 mg/m L and 0.04 mg/m L,the p H of solutions is 7.0 and 6.0,the extraction temperature is 25℃and 30℃,and the extraction time is 40 min and 30 min,respectively,the 31.75 % e.e.value for D,L-phenylglycine and the 33.81% e.e.value for D,L-phydroxyphenylglycine could be reached,the RSD is 3.64 % and 3.61 %.The above experiments all indicate that HP-β-Cyclodextrin composite membrane has good separation effect for phenylglycine and p-hydroxyphenylglycine,indicating that HP-β-Cyclodextrin can be used as a chiral separation membrane material. |
