Evaluation Of Green Logistics Development Level In Northwest China

With the rapid economic growth and the smooth progress of social production,logistics activities are also expanding,accompanied by great pressure on the ecological environment.In order to reduce environmental pollution,reduce resource consumption and achieve long-term sustainable development,it is urgent to develop green logistics.The proposal of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Belt and Road Initiative puts forward deeper requirements for the development of logistics in the northwest region.The logistics in the northwest region must change its development mode and transform to green.The evaluation and research on the development level of green logistics in Northwest China is conducive to the objective understanding of its development level of green logistics,the grasp of its development trend of green logistics certain decision-making basis for the improvement of the development level of green logistics in Northwest China.This paper first reviews the research status of green logistics,regional logistics and logistics development level evaluation at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts of green logistics,regional logistics,regional green logistics,green development theory and data mining theory.Then,according to the concepts of regional logistics,green logistics and the influencing factors of regional green logistics development,the evaluation index system is divided into four criteria layers,namely,green logistics development environment,green logistics supply capacity,green logistics demand level and green logistics development potential,and seven factors layers,namely,economic environment,ecological environment,infrastructure,service capacity,industrial scale,operational efficiency and green consumption.On the basis of drawing on and referring to the existing research results,the indicators of each factor level are selected,and the indicators are screened by using the correlation analysis method and rough set method,and the evaluation index system of green logistics development level in Northwest China is constructed.Based on the accelerated genetic projection pursuit method,the development level of green logistics in Northwest China from 2011 to 2019 was evaluated from the time dimension and space dimension.The results show that the development level of green logistics in Northwest China has steadily improved,but there are still problems such as unbalanced development of regional green logistics,short board of green logistics development environment,insufficient supply capacity of green logistics,low demand level of green logistics,and untapped development potential of green logistics.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of green logistics in northwest China from the aspects of strengthening inter-provincial logistics cooperation,distinguishing advantages and disadvantages of management,establishing a good ecological environment,vigorously developing regional economy,improving logistics service ability,perfecting logistics infrastructure construction,expanding logistics demand scale,improving logistics operation efficiency and reducing green logistics consumption.
