| In recent years,based on the establishment of the "double carbon" goal and the requirements of sustainable development,the installed scale of photovoltaic and wind power generation in China has been increasing,but the power structure centered on thermal power generation has not changed fundamentally.In the context of the global energy crisis caused by the Russia-Ukraine conflict,thermal power construction will usher in a new wave of window period and peak period,to ensure the safety of thermal power plant construction period,especially to do a good job in safety control during the construction of high-risk monomer projects such as cooling towers and chimneys,which is particularly important.This paper takes XF power plant as the research object,uses the pre-hazard analysis method to comprehensively identify the safety risk of cooling tower construction,and uses the improved LEC evaluation method to determine 106 main safety risk factors,with a correction ratio of 17%.Then the AHP method is used to establish the safety management evaluation index system for the construction of cooling tower project,including 6 criteria layers and 24 scheme layers,and the weight of the safety management evaluation index is calculated.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively analyze the safety management of the cooling tower project construction system.The result shows that the XF power plant cooling tower construction safety management evaluation is 3.513 points,and the evaluation result belongs to the "good" level,In general,XF power plant cooling tower construction safety risk control is good.According to the research results,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the safety management of the electric power construction cooling tower project construction,and provides decision-making reference for the construction unit to select high-quality construction units. |
