Research On Yunnan Baiyao's ESG Performance And Its Impact On Corporate Performanc

The introduction of the "carbon peak,carbon neutral" policy has made China pay more attention to green development and innovation,but it has also brought about a series of environmental and data security problems.Among them,the pharmaceutical industry is included in the 16 heavy pollution industries announced by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.In order to effectively reduce the impact of the company on the environment,it is necessary to evaluate its ESG evaluation indicators,so as to enhance the value of the enterprise and provide correct strategic guidance for the management.This thesis aims to further explore the construction of ESG evaluation system of Yunnan Baiyao Co.,LTD.,and combined with the existing evaluation related indicators at home and abroad,select important ESG indicators,and comprehensively determine the index weight relationship by using network level analysis(ANP)and TOPSIS.According to the actual operation situation of Yunnan Baiyao Co.,LTD.,the ESG related dimension indicators are scored and analyzed accordingly.The final conclusion is that in terms of the performance of Yunnan Baiyao ESG dimension,the social dimension is the best,the governance dimension is the second,while the environmental dimension is poor.From the perspective of various indicators,the R & D investment of enterprises occupies the largest proportion,and the growth indicators of enterprises perform well,but the indicators of waste drugs and medical mutual assistance need to be improved.In the comparison of the same industry,it was found that Yunnan Baiyao score ranked second,indicating that enterprises still have room for improvement in the overall index of ESG performance.In addition,this thesis also analyzes the impact of ESG on enterprise performance through the performance evaluation.Starting from the two aspects of financial performance and non-financial performance,it further finds that ESG performance has a positive correlation with the financial,innovation and other aspects of the enterprise,that is,the better the performance,the better the overall development of the enterprise.At the same time,it is also found that the enterprise still has problems such as insufficient attention to the environment,weak green awareness of employees,product quality fine and management incentive to be improved.In view of the current problems still exist,this thesis aims to put forward Suggestions from three aspects of environment,society and governance,such as determine the corresponding green target,strengthen staff training,comprehensive disclosure of enterprise information,increase investment in science and technology and other related measures,in order to improve the importance of ESG,improve the ESG evaluation system,and develop a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation standards.Through the research on ESG evaluation system,it is hoped to guide enterprises to pay attention to ESG performance,and to provide other enterprises with a more comprehensive and objective reference perspective on performance evaluation.
