| Plant essential oils,also known as "liquid gold",are mainly used in biological and pharmaceutical products,food additives,and fragrance skin care.Although a large number of wildlife essential oil resources have been excavated,there is still considerable room for development of wild plant resources and their essential oil products.Potentilla bifurca L.var.major Ledeb.has the aroma of natural cucumber,and extracting its aromatic substances and identifying its functional components have important application prospects.Potentilla bifurca L.var.Major Ledeb.is a mutant species of Potentilla plant in the phylum Rosaceae.In this thesis,the extraction,process optimization and aromatic composition analysis of essential oil of longifolia bifida are as follows:1.Preparation method and process optimization of essential oil of longleaf bifida weedensis: "salting out-steam distillation method" and "Soxhlet organic solvent extraction method" were used to extract the essential oil of longleaf bifida weed.The yield of essential oil by salting out-steam distillation method was 2.47%,and the optimization procedure was as follows: material-liquid ratio 9:1,Na Cl salt solution concentration 4%,soaking time 2 h,distillation time 4 h.The essential oil yield of Soxhlet organic solvent extraction method was 7.32%,and the optimization procedure was as follows: the extraction organic solvent was petroleum ether(boiling range 30-60 °C),the extraction time was 6 h,the extraction temperature was 55 °C,and the material-liquid ratio was 1:20.2.The reaction test of phosphomolybdic acid showed that the essential oil obtained by "salting out-steam distillation" and "Soxhlet organic solvent extraction" contained olefinoids,esters and alcohols.3.Analysis of chemical composition of essential oil of longleaf bifida weedensis:GC-MS analysis showed that the main components of longleaf bifida essential oil extracted by water vapor were squalene,stearic acid,ethyl linolenic acid,dipentyl phthalate,neophytodiene,D-limonene,etc.The main components of organically extracted difida longifolia essential oil are squalene,sandalwood alcohol,dimethyl phthalate,di-n-pentyl phthalate,dodecane,neophytodiene,etc.HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis showed that the main components of the essential oil extracted from water vapor were sandalwood alcohol,diethyl malate,3-furfural,ethyl acetoacetate,dimethyl phthalate,diethyl succinate,etc.The main components detected by the separation and detection of organic extracted difida longifolia are: sandalwood alcohol,dimethyl phthalate,dimethyl phthalate,mogrohan boene,n-tetradecane,n-hexaalcohol,etc.The results showed that the main chemical component of the essential oil of longleaf bifida was terpenoids. |
