With the rapid development of science and technology and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,the importance of personal health has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As the most common posture in contemporary life and work,sitting posture is closely related to human health,and users’ requirements for sitting comfort are constantly increasing.As a new product,contoured seat cushion can effectively improve the user’s sitting comfort experience.However,the influence of contoured seat cushion shape and sitting posture on comfort has not been fully studied,which hinders the design and development of contoured seat cushion.In this paper,a study on the comfort of contoured seat cushion based on body pressure distribution is carried out.The subjective and objective evaluation of users is obtained by using the body pressure distribution experiment,and the influencing factors of contoured seat cushion comfort are analyzed.On this basis,a contoured seat cushion comfort prediction model based on optimized BP neural network is constructed.The prediction model enriches the research on the comfort of contoured seat cushions and has certain practical value.The research is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is a subjective and objective evaluation experiment of contoured seat cushion comfort based on body pressure distribution.According to the comfort research theory and characteristics of contoured seat cushion,the experimental process is designed,including the selection of subjects,the design of the subjective evaluation table of comfort,the construction of the experimental environment and the design of the detailed experimental process.The experimental data is then preprocessed and calculated.The second part is the experimental results and data analysis of contoured seat cushion comfort evaluation.Statistical analysis was carried out on the data collected in the experimental stage,the relationship between contoured seat cushion and sitting posture and body pressure distribution parameters and subjective evaluation was studied,and the correlation between body pressure distribution parameters and subjective evaluation was discussed.The third part is the construction of the contoured seat cushion comfort prediction model based on the optimized BP neural network.Firstly,aiming at the defects of the BP neural network itself,use the beetle antennae search algorithm(BAS)to optimize it to build the BAS-BP neural network.Then using the six body pressure distribution parameters obtained from the experiment as the input data,the subjective evaluation as the output data to train the neural network model,and finally the results of the comfort prediction model are verified and discussed.In this paper,through the subjective and objective evaluation experiments of contoured seat cushion comfort based on body pressure distribution,the experimental data and subjective evaluation are obtained,and the relationship between contoured seat cushion and sitting posture and comfort is studied and analyzed,and then the comfort of contoured cushion based on BAS-BP neural network is constructed.The research results effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the comfort of contoured seat cushions,meets the needs of practical applications,and provides theoretical research basis and practical application help for the design of contoured seat cushions and the evaluation of the comfort of different shapes of cushions in the early stages of product development.
