The black and odorous water body poses a serious threat to the ecological security of the water body,and the remediation of the black and odorous water body is imminent.Nutrient and other advantages,it is an important species of aquatic plants to remediate polluted water bodies.In this study,the submerged plant Vallisneria natans was selected as the research object to study the relationship between the growth,physiology and carbon and nitrogen metabolism of Vallisneria natans in black and odorous water with different pollution levels and under different substrate conditions.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The black and odorous water body has a certain influence on the growth form of the submerged plant Vallisneria natans.Under the stress of the severe black and odorous water body and the black and odorous sediment,the growth form of B.Severe black and odorous water bodies and mildly black and odorous water bodies both had a greater stress on the growth morphology of the upper part of the Vallisneria natans than the underground part(the leaves were blackened and broken,and the above ground biomass was significantly reduced),and the roots of the Vallisneria natans grew in the The growth rate in the three substrates was:pond bottom mud > loess > black odorous bottom mud;in addition,among the three substrates,the growth of Vallisneria natans in the loess substrate was the most inhibited(black and broken leaves,number of ramjets,significantly reduced biomass).(2)The black and odorous water bodies had a significant effect on the antioxidant enzymes activities of the submerged plant Sop hora vulgar is: SOD,POD,MDA,and CAT were significantly increased in the black and odorous water bodies.Among them,MDA and POD increased significantly,which proved that the aerial part and underground part of Vallisneria natans had senescence phenomenon under the stress of black and odorous water,and the senescence degree was: underground part > aerial part.The influence of growth medium on the lower part of the grass is greater than that on the upper part;in the process of the experiment,the root growth of the grass is under stronger stress,and the activities of POD and MDA in the underground part are higher than those in the upper part.(3)Black and odorous water bodies and growth substrates had a significant effect on the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of submerged plants Sop hora serrate;the free amino acids of Sop hora serrate in severe black and odorous water bodies increased more significantly,and the total sugar and starch contents of Sop hora serrate decreased more significantly.for obvious.Compared with the pond sediment and black odorous sediment,the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of Vallisneria natans in the loess matrix was more affected.In addition,the interaction between black odorous water and black odorous sediment had the greatest impact on the growth and carbon and nitrogen metabolism of B.In this study,we explored the growth status of Vallisneria natans,one of the typical pioneer species of water remediation,under different substrates and under the stress of black and odorous water,in order to contribute to the wide application of Vallisneria natans in water remediation. |
