Research On Quality Management Optimization Of Electrolytic Manganese Metal Products In N Manganese Mine Group

The quality of products is the core control index of manufacturing industry and the key factor to determine the development of enterprises.N Manganese Mining Group is a leading manganese mining enterprise in the industry,including mining,mineral processing,and smelting industries,forming a complete manganese industry chain.In order to meet the development needs under the new situation and implement the policy of "Make the enterprise strong through product quality",the company needs to optimize the quality management system of electrolytic manganese metal products and improve the core competitiveness of products,so as to gain advantages in the fierce market competition.Through systematic summary and in-depth analysis of the quality management level of electrolytic manganese metal products of N Group S Branch,this paper applies the total quality management theory,quality tools and scientific analysis methods to diagnose and improve existing problems in the field of mining manufacturing industry,improves the quality management level and product quality of S Branch,and lays a foundation for the green and high-quality development of the company.By applying total quality management theory,six Sigma quality management theory,literature research method,case study method and other research methods,combined with quality management tools such as fish bone diagram,Pareto chart and failure mode and effects analysis,this paper analyzed the existing problems and causes of electrolytic manganese metal products of S Branch company in quality management from 5M1 E.A total of18 problems such as lack of knowledge of employees and different vehicle sizes were diagnosed,among which 12 controllable problems were optimized.Through the implementation of optimization measures such as training internal trainers,the risk value of FMEA of electrolytic manganese metal products in S Branch was reduced to less than 60 points after the quality management optimization.The qualified rate of primary production was increased from95.88% to 98.51%,and good results were obtained.Based on ISO9001 product quality management system and combined with quality management tools,this paper analyzes the quality management mode of electrolytic manganese metal products of S Branch of N Manganese Mine Group with the theory of total quality management,and applies the theory of total quality management in the field of electrolytic manganese metal industry to enrich the practical field of product quality management diagnosis.Combined with the author’s years of experience in product quality management in S Branch Company and in-depth investigation,the research results of this paper can provide direct reference for the quality management optimization of electrolytic manganese metal products of N Manganese Mine Group,and also provide reference for the product quality management optimization of other similar enterprises.
