| With the development of the industrialisation of construction,the country has actively promoted assembled buildings and has made considerable achievements.However,due to the large differences in climatic conditions,humanities,economy and resources in different regions of China,there are obvious differences in the spatial distribution of their development levels,and there is the problem of insufficient regional applicability of assembly evaluation standards.How to select suitable assembly technology for regional characteristics is a key issue that needs to be solved for the long-term development of China’s assembled buildings.Therefore,with the goal of promoting the application of assembled concrete building technology systems,it is of great practical significance to conduct research on the comprehensive evaluation of assembled concrete building technology systems from the perspective of suitability in view of regional characteristics.Firstly,the theoretical concepts related to the technical system of assembled concrete buildings are sorted out.The suitability evaluation theory is also introduced to define the connotation of suitability evaluation of technical systems for assembled concrete buildings.Secondly,based on relevant literature and technical specification standards,the social network analysis method is applied to complete the identification of key influencing factors for the selection of suitable technical systems for assembled concrete buildings,and the semantic clustering method is applied to incorporate regional suitability,economic suitability and technical characteristics into the index system for the suitability evaluation of technical systems for assembled concrete buildings,and the index elements are constructed.The G1-COWA method combined with the VIKOR fuzzy integrated evaluation method was then used to construct a technical system suitability evaluation model.The model uses the fuzzy composite evaluation value to represent the decision maker’s evaluation information of each technical solution.Then,the G1-COWA method is used to calculate the weighted fuzzy composite evaluation value of each evaluation index,and then the VIKOR multi-criteria compromise solution is used to rank the alternative technical system solutions,so as to select the most suitable assembled concrete building technical system for a specific regional project.Finally,in order to verify the validity and rationality of the evaluation model,a housing project in Shaanxi Province was used as an example to carry out the preferential selection of the suitability of the assembled concrete building technology system,and the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of the assembled technology system scheme for this project were obtained to be consistent with the actual project technology system selection.The model constructed to evaluate the suitability of the technical system for assembled concrete buildings provides support in the selection of technologies for the promotion and development of assembled concrete buildings in different regions.In addition,the model can be widely used in areas related to advisory decisions on assembled buildings and provides theoretical support for subsequent research. |
