Research On Internal Control Evaluation Of A Company

Through the implementation of internal control evaluation work,can effectively improve the operation level of enterprises.Internal control is not a static process,but a dynamic adjustment process based on the change of internal and external environment.Through the effective development of internal control,it can help enterprises to dig the problems existing in the process of enterprise management and operation,and lay the foundation for the proposal of optimization strategy.Internal control is weak,the enterprise is likely to fall into the abyss of failure;Solid internal control,the enterprise is easier to sustain.Based on the above,this thesis carried out the internal control evaluation research,needs to be based on a comprehensive understanding of internal control,on the basis of through careful investigation and in-depth analysis,the lack of understanding of enterprise internal control in a certain stage,and aiming at these disadvantages put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,effectively improve the operation of enterprise development.In the research,this thesis describes the path of A company’s internal control work and self-evaluation results,and evaluates the status quo of A company’s internal control in a long term through qualitative research.Through the research,it is found that Company A has some problems in the allocation of human resources,the risk assessment mechanism is not perfect,the existing control measures are not enough to cope with the risk,the information collection and communication efficiency is low,the anti-fraud mechanism is not perfect and so on.Through the establishment of the analytic hierarchy process,the internal control evaluation index system of A company is improved and optimized,and the qualitative index is quantified by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then the countermeasures to improve the internal control of A company are put forward more clearly.At the same time,the internal control optimization of related industries is provided with a certain significance.
