Groundwater ammonia and manganese pollution phenomenon is serious,will bring a lot of harm,domestic Huang Tinglin project through the synthesis of complex manganese oxide filter material,can effectively remove ammonia and manganese in groundwater.As it takes a long time to synthesize mature filter material,the synthesis process will be affected by water quality conditions.In order to accelerate the formation of complex manganese oxide with catalytic oxidation to remove ammonia and manganese from groundwater,based on the theoretical basis of complex manganese oxide catalytic oxidation to remove ammonia and manganese from groundwater,the influence of ammonia on the formation of catalytic activity in the film forming process of complex manganese oxide is explored.The influence of trace elements in water on the formation of catalytic activity of artificially strengthened loaded filter media and the influence of potassium permanganate on the formation of catalytic activity of artificially strengthened loaded filter media.The main research achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The influence of ammonia on the formation of catalytic activity in the film forming process of composite manganese oxide was explored.The catalytic oxidation activity of the composite manganese oxides was low when no ammonia was added in the membrane hanging stage.Sufficient dissolved oxygen conditions and a relatively high concentration of ammonia hanging film are conducive to the formation of a large number of pores on the surface of the composite manganese oxides,promoting the combination of the composite manganese oxides with ammonia,and enhancing its catalytic oxidation activity of ammonia by adding acid sites on its surface that can be combined with ammonia.Dissolved oxygen is an important condition to limit the catalytic oxidation of ammonia.Under the condition of low dissolved oxygen,most ammonia in high concentration is oxidized into nitrous nitrogen,and the accumulation of nitrous nitrogen will lead to the decrease of the formation rate of manganese oxide activity.(2)The influence of trace elements in water on the formation of catalytic activity of artificially enhanced loaded filter media was explored.The results of water quality index and filter material characteristics show that adding trace elements can improve the removal rate of ammonia.After adding trace elements,the maximum load of ammonia removal was 3.5 mg/L and the maximum load of manganese removal was 3.0 mg/L.In blank group,the maximum load of ammonia removal was 3.0 mg/L and the maximum load of manganese removal was 2.0 mg/L.After adding trace elements on the surface of the filter column,the prepared composite manganese oxides have similar crystal shapes and functional groups as the traditional synthesis method,and a large number of the same elements appear on the surface and no new elements are formed.(3)The influence of potassium permanganate on the formation of catalytic activity of artificially enhanced loaded filter media was explored.The catalytic oxidation activity of filter media was enhanced by adding a certain concentration of potassium permanganate.In the first ten days,the ammonia removal capacity of the blank filter column was stable,but after adding potassium permanganate,the ammonia removal efficiency of the filter column with potassium permanganate increased.At the later stage of operation,adding potassium permanganate filter column has better ammonia removal ability.The manganese removal capacity of the two filter materials is strong,and the manganese removal capacity of the blank filter column is slightly less than that of the filter column with potassium permanganate added.After adding the filter column with potassium permanganate culture,the maximum load of ammonia removal in the filter column is 2.5 mg/L,and the maximum load of manganese removal is 3.0 mg/L.After the addition of potassium permanganate,the composite manganese oxide crystal form is similar to the traditional composite film,and the content of functional groups is similar.The types of surface elements of composite manganese oxides formed by adding potassium permanganate to the film did not change significantly. |
