Research On The Application Of Artistic Elements Of Chu Bronzes In Fashion Design

Art originates from life and integrates into art in every aspect of people’s social life.It integrates traditional culture into modern people’s social life and interprets diversified art.This paper starts with the bronze element in Chu culture,combines the artistic appreciation of bronze ware with the costume design,and extracts the spirit and connotation contained in the traditional culture into the modern design.The industry has been focusing on the innovation of costume design.As people strengthen the re-creation of cultural relics,there is no lack of excellent design works in recent years through the ancient and modern,to achieve the integration of tradition and modern.In this study,the traditional cultural elements--Chu bronzes are extracted from various aspects such as the silhouette,color and fabric pattern of clothing.With reference to the style characteristics of bronze,the author upholds the principle of cultural elements being in line with the design refined from the cultural elements,and interprets the traditional culture with clothing as the carrier in the research process.Through the analysis and study of specific bronze objects,the artistic characteristics of bronze are interpreted from the dimension of clothing.In this study,the material of fabric is used to integrate the characteristics of simplicity and trendy into clothing,so as to solve the problem between traditional art and fashion design.In the process of abstracting the outline,the aesthetic value of bronze art can be seen in the clothing.
