As a key means to improve the transportation structure and enhance the efficiency of the logistics industry,low-carbon intermodal transport refers to the emerging development direction of intermodal transport that reasonably reduces the carbon emissions of intermodal transport and optimizes the energy efficiency of intermodal transport under the low-carbon policy.It is a positive response of the freight industry to China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality policy.In the actual transportation process,intermodal transportation is often affected by sudden traffic accidents,bad weather,market changes,increasingly fierce geopolitical competition and other factors,resulting in high costs of intermodal transportation and longterm uncertainty in transportation demand.At the same time,intermodal transportation enterprises often formulate intermodal transportation plans in advance,and blindly follow the planned transportation path,which will increase decision-making risks and intermodal transportation costs.In order to clarify the cost composition of intermodal transport under the low-carbon policy and clarify the impact of uncertain demand on the decision-making of intermodal transport enterprises,this paper establishes a mixed integer programming model to solve the path optimization problem of low-carbon intermodal transport with uncertain demand.Based on the review of domestic and foreign studies on intermodal transport,this paper first defines the path optimization problem of intermodal transport and analyzes the influencing factors such as cost,time and carbon emissions.In order to minimize the total comprehensive transportation cost as the goal,considering the cost of transportation,storage,customs and commodity tax,time window breach and other constraints,taking the soft time window of receiving goods,container capacity constraints and other constraints,this paper establishes the basic intermodal transportation path optimization model under certain demand.Secondly,the factors of demand fluctuation and carbon emission policy are added to the basic model of demand determination,and the path optimization model of low-carbon intermodal transport under uncertain demand is established.The sensitivity analysis of confidence level,maritime freight rate and other parameters proves the validity and reliability of the model.The results of the example show that maritime transport has good economy and low carbon.In the context of fluctuations in transport prices and time,maritime transport still has advantages over other modes of transport in terms of transport costs and timeliness.When planning transport routes,intermodal transport enterprises should reasonably increase the proportion of maritime transport in intermodal transport.At the government level,procedures such as customs clearance should be simplified,the resource allocation of intermodal transport enterprises should also be optimized and the support for domestic intermodal transport enterprises should be strengthened.
