China’s economy is developing rapidly and petrochemical products are essential materials in modern society.In the process of economic development,the demand for petrochemical products is increasing at the same time,the quality of products is also gradually increasing,so the cost of refineries is also increasing.Therefore,it is an important task for refineries to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.The premise of refinery subsequent product processing is to ensure the stability of the properties of raw materials.However,due to the numerous sources of crude oil in refineries,the mixing of various crude oils will inevitably lead to the change of properties.The existing research work at this stage still has insufficient research on how to stabilize the properties of the crude oil.In this context,this paper studies the optimization problem of crude oil blending scheduling considering the stability of mixed crude oil properties.On the premise of ensuring the stability of mixed crude oil properties,this paper studies how to schedule the production of crude oil blending process,so as to achieve the optimization goal of crude oil blending process cost optimization.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following three parts:First,in order to obtain the optimal scheduling scheme to optimize the cost of blending crude oil,this paper proposes an optimization model of crude oil blending scheduling based on the stable properties of blended crude oil.The main characteristic of the model is that according to the actual demand of refinery production and processing,according to the real boiling point distillation(TBP)data of crude oil and sulfur and nitrogen content and other property data,the constraint conditions of distillate yield constraint,distillate yield difference constraint and sulfur and nitrogen content constraint related to the properties of mixed crude oil are proposed.To ensure that in different production cycles,no matter how the composition of crude oil changes,the properties of blended crude oil will not have much difference.Secondly,in order to improve the solution efficiency of the crude oil blending scheduling optimization model,the whale optimization algorithm in the swarm intelligence algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the algorithm is improved.Through MATLAB software programming,running the program to solve the scheduling scheme,the solution results show that the improved whale optimization algorithm can find a satisfactory scheduling scheme in a very short time,verify the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm.The solution results of crude oil harmonic dispatching model have guiding significance in actual production.Finally,considering the limitation of the solution obtained by the single-objective model,a multi-objective model based on the stable properties of the blended crude oil is considered in this paper.According to the characteristics of the model,a fast nondominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-II)is used to solve the problem.The obtained Pareto optimal solution set proves the practicability and effectiveness of the model and algorithm,and provides a basis for the refinery’s production and processing plan. |
