| The problem of casing running has always been an important factor affecting the construction progress and engineering quality of horizontal wells.According to the actual situation of horizontal well casing running in Sichuan-Chongqing area,this paper has completed the following three researches:(1)Statistical analysis of the common complex situations of casing in long horizontal wells of shale gas in the Sichuan-Chongqing area.From the statistical analysis,it can be seen that in the process of running casing in long horizontal wells,the casing is often lifted up and down,the casing is damaged,and the casing is dropped.If the pipe is not under the designed well depth,the casing is blocked,etc.(2)In view of the complex situation of casing running,a comprehensive analysis of different casing running technologies is carried out,and a process suitable for horizontal well running in the Sichuan-Chongqing area is proposed,that is,the floating casing running technology.(3)For the floating casing process,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional floating coupling were compared,and the DRFBF floating coupling was studied.DRFBF type full-bore floating coupling is superior to traditional floating coupling in performance,structural strength,performance index and technical advantages.The field application shows that the DRFBF type full-bore floating coupling is stable and reliable in pressure,easy to operate,and has certain technical advantages.The full-bore floating coupling has a good application effect in the Sichuan-Chongqing area,and can basically meet the requirements of on-site casing running and reduce the occurrence of complicated situations. |
