With the continuous development and progress of the social level,people’s life pressure is gradually increasing,which brings more and more serious health problems.In order to ensure the high quality of work and life and alleviate the shoulder and neck problems caused by long working hours,this study takes the smart mattress as the entry point and designs an adaptive decision-making method to improve people’s sleep quality,so as to alleviate the health problems caused by work.The main contents of this study can be described as follows:(1)Firstly,through the structural analysis of th e human spine and legs,the human body is divided into 8 areas: head and neck,back,waist,buttocks,big legs,knees,small legs and feet.Then a mattress partition model was established based on air bag mattress,the relationship between the number of ai r bags and human height was defined,and the support strength of air bag mattress was classified.(2)The experimental platform is built according to the functions o f air bag mattress to meet people’s needs for healthy sleep,which can be divided into the construction of the bottom control system and deci sion operation system.(3)By analyzing the compression condition of the mattress in supine state,it is divided into three compression states and six compression forms.Therefore,the compression data is collected on the experimental platform.Then,multi-classification strategy is used to train the binary classification learner,and confusion matrix and other evaluation methods are used to evaluate the training results,and the classification recognition m odel of positioning user air bag is obtained.(4)Through the use of data set of an intelligent nursing air bag mattress in a hospital,the distribution data of human body curvature pressure value is processed,and then the linear model,polynomial model a nd exponential model are used to fit it.The R2 value is used to evaluate the fitting results,and the matching model of ideal pressure value is obtained.Finally,the performance of the experimental platform was verified by human dynamic capture experiment.At the same time,the designed decision-making method was evaluated by comfort experiment,BMI model was introduced to determine the experimental object,and sema ntic differential method was used to describe the comfort.The results show that this desig n can improve people’s sleep quality to a certain extent.
