In recent years,with the continuous expansion of oil and other industries,the amount of industrial sewage is gradually increasing.Pollution prevention and control has become increasingly prominent.Industrial wastewater is rich in phenols,on the one hand,it will cause a great loss of resources with the discharge of wastewater.On the other hand,its biological toxicity is strong,which has a great impact on wastewater treatment systems,especially biochemical units.Therefore,kerosene,span-80,liquid paraffin,tributyl phosphate and Na OH were used to construct emulsion liquid membrane system,and the extraction and separation efficiency of phenol by emulsion liquid membrane treatment technology was studied.Then,the optimization of demulsification conditions and the recovery and reuse of emulsion liquid film were explored.Firstly,0.1g/L phenol simulation solution was treated by emulsion liquid membrane technology.Through single factor experiment,the optimal conditions were selected,and the morphological characteristics of emulsion liquid film were observed by electron microscope.Then,the response surface method was used to design multi-factor experiments.It explored the influence of the rotation speed and time of emulsion preparation,rotation speed and time of separation process,and Na OH concentration on phenol removal efficiency.The removal efficiency of phenol was 91.9 by optimizing the parameters.Secondly,the actual industrial wastewater(refinery stripped water containing370.5mg/L phenol)was dephenolized by emulsion liquid membrane technology.BoxBehnken orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum conditions for emulsion preparation were as follows: dosage of span-80 is 2wt%,dosage of liquid paraffin was15v/v%,the ratio of oil phase to internal phase was 1:1,and the rotation speed of emulsion preparation was 6000r/min.Under this condition,the removal efficiency of phenol can reach 98.7.Finally,the significance of single factor on demulsification efficiency was explored by heating demulsification at 80℃.The parameters were improved as follows: dosage of span-80 was 1wt%,the dosage of liquid paraffin was 14v/v%,and the rotation speed of emulsion was 4000r/min.At this time,the phenol removal efficiency was 98.6,and the demulsification efficiency of emulsion liquid membrane was 98.3.Subsequently,the demulsified oil phase can be reused,and the system can be subjected to five stable and efficient cycle experiments.Therefore,the dephenolization optimization treatment of phenol-containing industrial wastewater was realized,and it can be recycled,thus realizing resource utilization.
