| Carbon fiber composites are more and more used in the structure of fan blades because of their excellent performance.However,the environment of fans is mostly extremely bad,and they often encounter extreme weather conditions.The fan blades are damaged and defective due to various factors,such as defects in the manufacturing process,extreme and fatigue loads in the operation process,wet and heat aging of materials,etc.Considering the influence of temperature,this thesis takes 5MW fan blade as the research object,and analyzes the damage of fan carbon fiber composite reinforced layer based on progressive damage analysis method.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Progressive damage analysis model of carbon fiber under static load.Based on the constitutive model of composites and the calculation method of degradation parameters of TSIA S W temperature effect,the degradation parameters of mechanical properties of T300 / BMP316 composites at different temperatures are fitted with reference to experiments.The Hashin failure criterion and Tan damage evolution criterion are selected to establish the progressive damage analysis model under static load.Based on the user-defined subroutine VUMAT in ABAQUS,the tensile damage process of carbon fiber laminates at specific temperature is simulated.Compared with the reference test,the correctness of the damage model is verified.(2)Progressive damage analysis model of carbon fiber fatigue load.The progressive damage analysis model of fatigue load is established by selecting Hashin fatigue failure criterion and Br strength criterion.Referring to the test data,the strength degradation and stiffness degradation parameters of T300 / BMP316 composite in all directions are fitted,and the fatigue load calculation formulas of the material in transverse,longitudinal and shear directions are obtained.The UMAT subroutine of fatigue progressive damage of carbon fiber composites is compiled,and the finite element analysis model of carbon fiber progressive damage under fatigue load is established.Compared with the reference experimental results,the correctness of the numerical model is verified.(3)Progressive damage analysis of carbon fiber fan blades.The three-dimensional structure of NREL 5MW fan blade is established,the mechanical analysis of the blade under different working conditions is carried out,the load at the blade root is obtained,the local analysis model of the blade root is established,the progressive damage analysis method is carried out at the blade root,and the progressive damage process of the model with defects under different temperature environments is studied.Referring to the data of a meteorological station in Xinjiang,the fatigue progressive damage process of fan blade root with or without defects and the fatigue cycle times of final failure are simulated,and the influence of temperature on the fatigue damage failure cycle times is discussed. |
