| Carbonate gas field is an important type of gas field.Different from sandstone reservoir,carbonate reservoir has strong diagenesis and serious reservoir heterogeneity.Jingbian Gas field is a typical large carbonate gas field,which has been developed for more than 20 years.Due to the strong heterogeneity,low porosity and low permeability of the reservoir,the reserves of the gas field are seriously unbalanced and the recovery degree is still very low.It is of great guiding significance for the deep development and long-term stable production of gas fields to comprehensively analyze the development effect of such gas fields,clarify the main controlling factors of low recovery degree,put forward targeted development technical measures and optimize exploitation technology policy.Taking the L1 well area of Jingbian Gas field as the research object,this paper establishes a fine 3D geological model based on the analysis of formation framework,structural morphology,reservoir characteristics,fluid properties and temperature and pressure environment.Using gas accumulation production performance data,through production dynamic analysis and development index(gas recovery rate and recovery degree,the production decline rate,dynamic reserves,recovery factor),has been clear about the L1 wellblock development effect,show that planar seepage area is small,the low degree of longitudinal perforating horizon open are main factors to affect gas recovery degree.In order to solve this problem,in order to improve the field sweep efficiency as the goal,put forward the measures to increase production,check layer reperforating,vertical Wells encryption,horizontal adjustment of reservoir development,the supercharging five mining technical measures,such as compiled based encryption scheme,measures to increase production,vertical Wells,horizontal Wells reservoir development,extension building,charging management and so on six sets of technology solutions,Numerical simulation method and economic index were used to optimize the scheme.The results show that the supercharging scheme is the best recovery scheme and the expanding production scheme is the best benefit scheme.Compared with the basic scheme,the two schemes improved oil recovery by 5.6% and 7.3%,respectively.Considering the economic benefit factor,it is suggested to adopt the plan of expanding edge construction first.The research results can provide reference for the optimization of exploitation technology policy of similar low permeability carbonate gas fields. |
