| Complex products usually refer to a class of products with complex structural relationships,complex manufacturing processes,and complex production processes.They are widely used in aerospace and military equipment,such as missiles,aircraft,and satellites.As the final link in the development of complex products,assembly plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and performance of the final product.At present,my country’s complex product manufacturing companies represented by aerospace and aerospace are not highly digitized and intelligent.They still rely on the experience of assemblers to assemble and produce key components,and lack effective means to ensure the accuracy and dynamic characteristics of the product.This leads to poor assembly consistency and low assembly success rate.In response to the above-mentioned urgent problems,this paper proposes a complex product assembly method based on digital twins,constructs a digital twin assembly system through cyber-physical integration,and carries out relevant theories,methods and examples to verify.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)A framework for the collection and mapping of multi-source heterogeneous assembly data is proposed,a unified information model of digital twin assembly data is established,and the unified information model is converted into an information model of the OPC UA protocol using the model mapping method,and the unified information model direction is realized.Mapping of the OPC UA information model.(2)A digital twin modeling method based on multiple model definitions is proposed,which integrates the twin process model,twin analysis model and twin visual model into one,and proposes the specific implementation method of each twin sub-model and the association between the sub-models Relations: Combining the assembly error propagation process and assembly accuracy analysis requirements,a method for constructing an assembly accuracy analysis model based on the Jacobian spin method is proposed;an air defense missile cabin assembly is taken as an example for verification.(3)A digital twin assembly modeling and analysis method for dynamic characteristics is proposed.A twin analysis model for assembly dynamic characteristics is established based on the finite element simulation method.In order to ensure the speed of model analysis,a twin analysis model based on support vector machines is proposed.The proxy model establishment method generates an analysis proxy model;the seeker servo mechanism assembly is used as the object to verify the case.(4)Designed a digital twin assembly system for complex products,clarified the main architecture of the system in terms of design goals,overall framework and functional structure,established a multi-model interoperable engine,and took a certain air defense missile assembly and servo mechanism assembly as an example.The UI design of the digital twin assembly system for complex products is introduced. |
