Construction And Control Strategy Of Ecological Security Spatial Pattern In Pengzhou City Based On The Importance Of Ecological Protection

In the context of the ecological civilization construction strategy,the protection,development,utilization,and restoration of national land space have received widespread attention.How to scientifically and reasonably delineate production space,living space,and ecological space,and construct a regional ecological security spatial pattern,is of great significance for the stability of the regional ecosystem,the harmonious and healthy living environment,and the sustainable development of the social economy.This article took Pengzhou City,Sichuan Province as the target,starting from the importance of ecological protection,constructed an evaluation system based on regional characteristicsand an evaluation of the importance of ecosystem service functions and ecological environment sensitivity,and identified ecological source areas on this basis.Through the construction of resistance surfaces and the extraction of important ecological corridors,the ecological security buffer zone was delineated,the spatial pattern of ecological security in Pengzhou City was constructed,and spatial control strategies were explored.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The In Vest model was used to evaluate the importance of water source conservation and soil and water conservation.Combined with the evaluation of the biodiversity maintenance function,the importance of ecosystem service function was evaluated.It was found that the extremely important area of ecosystem service function in Pengzhou City was 38693.63 hectares,accounting for 27.29% of the total area;The more important area was 44496.06 hectares,accounting for 31.39%;The general important area was 58578.67 hectares,accounting for 41.32%.By calculating the sensitivity index of soil erosion and land desertification,the ecological-environmental sensitivity evaluation showed that the extremely sensitive ecological environment area in Pengzhou City was 11250.07 hectares,accounting for7.93% of the total area;The area of the more sensitive area was 27053.90 hectares,accounting for 19.06%;The general sensitive area covered an area of 103609.75 hectares,accounting for 73.01%.Based on the evaluation results of the importance of integrated ecosystem service functions and ecological environment sensitivity,a critical ecological protection area of 24460.91 hectares had been designated in Pengzhou City,accounting for 17.26% of the total area;The area of important ecological protection areas was 65518.22 hectares,accounting for 46.23% of the total area;The general important area for ecological protection was 51736.62 hectares,accounting for 36.51% of the total area.(2)This study used the MCR model to construct a resistance surface,extracted important ecological corridors using the minimum resistance path,delineated ecological security buffer zones,and constructed the "source corridor region" model of ecological security spatial pattern in Pengzhou City.Pengzhou City had a total of10 ecological source areas,covering an area of 21921.67 hectares,mainly including Longmen Mountain,Feilai Peak,Jiufeng Mountain,Tiantai Mountain,Danjing Mountain,Lion Mountain,Baoshan,Xiaoyudong,and Yufu Wetland.There were 25 important ecological corridors in Pengzhou City,with a total length of 235 km,mainly connecting the important ecological map areas of the northern mountainous area and the central hilly area,involving Longmenshan Town,Bailu Town,Tongji Town,Danjingshan Town,and Gexianshan Town.The ecological security buffer zone in Pengzhou City was 31730.61 hectares,accounting for 22.33% of the total area of the research area,mainly located in Longmenshan Town,Bailu Town,Tongji Town,Danjingshan Town,and Gexianshan Town;The ecological fringe area covered10297.36 hectares,accounting for 7.25% of the total area of the research area,mainly located in Longmenshan Town,Bailu Town,and Guihua Town.(3)This study proposed a hierarchical control strategy for ecological space zoning in Pengzhou City.Within the forestry ecological and functional area,there were varying degrees of development restrictions on different subareas;In the agricultural ecological functional zone,in addition to permanent basic farmland to ensure national food security,other areas can consider balancing ecological and natural or other uses;Within the ecological functional area of water wetlands,it was divided into strictly prohibited development and restricted development and construction.Based on the ecosystem service function,water source conservation function zone,soil and water conservation function zone,and biodiversity protection function zone were designated.Based on the ecological security buffer function,the ecological transition zone and ecological edge zone were designated,and relevant control strategies were proposed from the aspects of construction restrictions and utilization suggestions.
