Ultrasonic technology is widely used in industry, medicine and daily life due to its advantages of high energy and low cost.Ultrasonic pressure will have an impact on the removal of oil droplets in porous media, and has great potential in improving the deoiling efficiency. So this paper studies the migration process of oil droplets in porous media under ultrasonic pressure. In this paper, the size change process of oil droplets under ultrasonic action is first experimentally studied, which provides a basis for studying the migration characteristics of oil droplets of different sizes in porous media under ultrasonic action.Based on the lattice Boltzmann method, the model is established. The movement process of oil droplets in the pore channel under the action of ultrasonic pressure is simulated, and the conditions such as the size of the oil droplet and the amplitude of sound pressure are changed to explore the motion characteristics of the oil droplets in the pore channel under the action of ultrasonic pressure. On this basis, the migration characteristics of oil droplets in porous media are simulated and verified by experiments. The influence of oil droplet size and different pore channels on the migration characteristics of oil droplets in porous media is analyzed by simulation. In addition, the removal process of oil droplets in porous media under ultrasonic action is simulated. The effects of oil droplet distribution, oil content and sound pressure amplitude on oil bottom removal in porous medium are studied. The results show that large oil droplets will be broken into small oil droplets under the action of ultrasound. The greater the ultrasonic power, the smaller the size of the oil droplets under the influence of cavitation microjet. The sound pressure amplitude of ultrasonic has an important effect on the movement of oil droplets in the pore channel. The sound pressure amplitude set to 0.05 MPa is 154.90% and 340.20% slower than that of 0.1MPa and 0.2MPa removal, respectively. In porous media, the greater the amplitude of the sound pressure, the faster the oil droplet removal rate and the greater the oil removal rate. When the sound pressure amplitude fixed, the size of the oil droplets also has an important influence on the movement of oil droplets in the pores of the porous medium. The smaller the size of the oil droplets, the faster the migration speed in the pores. When the size of the oil droplets is less than the pore width,it will pass through the pores without being blocked by the solid wall.
