With the increasing demand and actual transportation volume of dangerous goods,road transportation,as the main mode of transportation for dangerous goods,is more likely to cause serious consequences compared to ordinary road transportation accidents due to the special nature of the goods being transported.The impact range is wide,and the requirements for safety conditions are high.The safety protection technology involved is complex,and compared to ordinary road traffic accidents,road transportation accidents of dangerous goods are more likely to cause serious consequences,The severity and harmfulness of the consequences of the accident are much higher.Once an accident occurs,it will cause significant damage to the natural environment and personal and property safety.In order to ensure the safe transportation of dangerous goods,the predecessor has done a lot of research work,but there is little research on the safety of dangerous goods during road transportation vehicles.Based on the analysis and summary of the current research status of dangerous goods road transportation at home and abroad,this article focuses on the safety management issues of dangerous goods transportation vehicles during the driving process,starting from factors such as vehicle driving safety status,driver,and road environment,The focus of the study is on the monitoring and management of the safety status of dangerous goods vehicles,with the main research content as follows:(1)On the basis of defining the relevant concepts of dangerous goods and road transportation of dangerous goods,the process and characteristics of road transportation of dangerous goods were studied.The safety influencing factors of road transportation of dangerous goods were analyzed from four aspects: personnel,management,facilities and equipment,and environment.The main problems that need to be solved during the transportation of dangerous goods vehicles were proposed.(2)The safety status monitoring problem of dangerous goods vehicles during operation was studied.The Beidou satellite positioning system and automotive millimeter wave radar are used to accurately locate and range the transport vehicles loaded with dangerous goods using its high-precision real-time Dynamic positioning technology.The HS235 embedded communication module is used to complete the collection and transmission of road images and relevant safety information of dangerous goods transport vehicles.A study was conducted on the driving trajectory and stability of dangerous goods transportation vehicles,and two stability analysis methods,MPC and LQR,were improved by introducing SM.A MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform was established to simulate the driving stability and trajectory of dangerous goods vehicles.(3)Studied the synergistic relationship between dangerous goods vehicles and other vehicles during driving.Based on the kinematics analysis of the braking and car following processes,the safety distance models of rear end collision prevention under braking and car following conditions are established respectively;A safety distance model for overtaking was established by analyzing the process of constant speed and acceleration overtaking.Set parameters for the model,calculate the safe distance for the proposed speed,and obtain the actual speed distance of the vehicle using the Beidou satellite positioning system and millimeter wave radar.Determine whether to maintain a safe distance for rear collision prevention and whether to have safe overtaking conditions,and provide a safe driving strategy.(4)Taking a certain dangerous goods transportation enterprise as an example,Think PHP6.0 is selected as the development framework to build a "dangerous goods logistics enterprise transportation safety management system service platform" with the safety status monitoring of dangerous goods transportation vehicles as the core.It realizes three major functional modules: real-time monitoring and data collection,data inquiry and storage,and risk warning management.It monitors the status of vehicles,drivers,and goods online,Meet the needs of enterprises for real-time remote monitoring and improve driving safety.
