With the rapid growth of social economy and constantly improve the level of urbanization,urban infrastructure construction and ecological civilization construction has been improved,the management of urban river also is not limited to the most basic request of flood control and drainage,but more and more into the "Mountains green,Water flowing,Beauty" governance objectives.Therefore,in order to realize the goal of river water for a long time,meet the requirements of the construction of waterfront landscape,all kinds of block river water storage structures and low head hydropower station emerge one after another.Low head and small hydropower station reservoir hub project for the construction of the building at the same time of meet the requirements of river water landscape,water produced by using water as much as possible the building of hydropower,provides a steady stream of clean energy for the local.This article through to the hydropower station reservoir building research and analysis,the theory of seepage control system for water storage building horizontal seepage control system,the vertical anti-seepage system,around the seepage seepage control system,and the anti-seepage system conducted in-depth research,and introduced the commonly used hydraulic engineering calculation method of the seepage control.This paper regarding luan yuan district Xi Pi River comprehensive treatment project,on the premise of meet the corresponding requirement of flood control,and consider the river landscape construction requirements,through many programs than to choose the type and scale of hydropower station and held buildings.And combined with the local special hydrogeological conditions,the power station hub project adopts horizontal seepage control,vertical seepage prevention and seepage seepage around the anti-seepage system design,the construction of the hydropower station reservoir building in produce economic benefits at the same time,also become a magnificent scenery of the river landscape.Through the calculation of the west of Xi Pi River,ascertain of flood level,and combining with the measured data of hydrogeological exploration,anti-seepage design of hydropower station reservoir building.The resistance coefficient method and the Autobank software finite element method are used for seepage control calculation,which provides theoretical support for the long-term service landscape construction needs of hydropower stations and the needs of local economic development.At the same time,it also provides valuable experience and reference value for the construction of small power station storage buildings with low water head in the landscape river.
