| With the rise of new energy and green energy in China,the demand for batteries has also been greatly increased as the core power accessories of new energy automobiles,electric vehicles and power tools,which has led to the development of the battery industry.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment,all enterprises are seeking a new way of development.Improving product quality and reducing costs are the problems that each enterprise is facing.The portable,reusable and long-life characteristics of lithium-ion batteries just conform to the development trend of the industry in pursuit of higher efficiency,convenience,and cost reduction.Therefore,this paper chooses the lithium-ion battery industry as the research object.There are risks when producing and storing the lithium-ion batteries,plus that the domestic technical level is not yet mature,which resulted in a high concentration of the lithium-ion battery industry.As a manufacturing industry,managers generally pay more attention to the production,manufacturing and the increase of profits.As a result,the importance of internal management is often ignored.Optimizing the internal processes of enterprises and strengthening internal management can reduce costs,improve efficiency and help enterprises to enhance profitability.Therefore,this paper builds a set of strategic-oriented performance evaluation system for YG company,a local lithium-ion battery manufacturer,through the analysis of its strategic objectives and internal management and actual work.According to YG’s strategic goal and the characteristics of the lithium-ion battery industry in pursuit of green production,this paper incorporates the dimensions of safety and environmental protection into the performance appraisal system,and constructs a five-dimensional balanced scorecard performance appraisal system(finance,customers,safety,environmental protection,internal business processes,learning and growth)for YG company based on the theory of strategic management,performance appraisal and evaluation,and the theory of balanced scorecard.By combining the actual situation of the YG company,this paper also determines the key successful factors for the implementation of strategic goals,further determine the specific evaluation index,the weight of each index,thus forms a logical and tight causal chain within the enterprise for the purpose of providing a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the strategic goals of the enterprise.In order to help managers to further improve the appraisal system and strict internal management,management accounting,strategic management,management economics and other related theories are mainly used in this paper by consulting relevant literature,conducting on-the-spot research,issuing questionnaires to YG company,the construction of YG company’s performance evaluation system and the determination of index weight with the help of AHP.This paper also serves as a demonstration for the actual application of performance evaluation.Through the result of the analysis of YG company performance appraisal,the paper helps managers to further improve the appraisal system and strict internal management.The innovation of this paper is that the selected research objects are representative,and safety and environmental factors are included in the performance evaluation system.The paper fills in the research blank of the design and application of strategic-oriented performance evaluation system for small and medium-sized lithium-ion battery enterprises.Finally,it draws the conclusion that YG company needs to improve its performance appraisal system urgently,introduce the performance appraisal system of safety and environmental dimension to coordinate with YG company’s strategic goals.By improving the performance appraisal system of the balanced scorecard,the YG company’s performance can be evaluated more comprehensively.At the same time,the strategic-oriented performance evaluation system with industry characteristics designed in this paper can provide reference for other similar enterprises in the lithium-ion battery industry,and thus further enrich the domestic research on performance evaluation of the lithium-ion battery industry. |
