With the increasing demand and the improvement of the quality of transformer,as the core component of power transformer,the research of control performance of production equipment becomes more and more important.In this study,a synchronous control system is proposed for the production environment due to the lack of stability and synchronicity of multi-motor synchronous control in the production of cooling fin.Firstly,the process analysis and control requirement of production equipment are studied on the single sheet of cooling fin,and the scheme of motion control system with SIMOTON C240 motion controller is determined.On the basis of multi-motor control strategy and single-axis control algorithm,this paper makes a simple structural analysis on the current mainstream multi-motor control strategy.Then a simulation model of synchronous control strategy for three driving units is established in the Matlab/Simulink.The stability and synchronization of each synchronous control strategy is analyzed in detail,and the most suitable control strategy of virtual axis for the production process of cooling fin is selected.Finally,the feasibility of the strategy is verified by universal simulation.Then aiming at the phenomenon of single axis overshoot and large velocity fluctuation when load changes in the simulation of synchronous control strategy,the paper makes a deep research on the single axis control algorithm.This paper compares and analyzes three common algorithms and selects BP-PID algorithm as the single axis control algorithm of the control system.Then a single axis simulation model of the same control object is established in the Simulink,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation comparison.After that,two experimental platforms driven by stepper motor are built,and the control method is implemented in the SIMITION C240.Through the synchronous control experiment of the specified position curve of the bi-axial servo platform,the feasibility and effectiveness of the virtual spindle control method are verified which is based on BP neural network PID single axis controller designed for roll forming equipment of transformer cooling fins.Finally,the hardware of the system is introduced,and the hardware model of the production equipment is determined according to the characteristics of the production process of the transformer cooling fin.Then the communication setting between the units and the realization of motion control program are described in detail.At last,the design of multi-motor synchronous control system is completed.
